First coming here I was a bit stressed from the day and ordered my usual, a black milk tea with extra boba. The tea was sweet but not overpowered with the milk inside. They didn't use powdered milk, they used regular but in their options menu they could change out the type of milk if you asked. ( almond, etc) The drink came out fast. I sat down and it was already done which was quite nice. So I was able to sit down and truly enjoy the drink for a bit. The place itself was small but comfortable, with things to look at in every turn. I went down to the back hall and was greeted by the many artworks or phrases on walls from other customers. I had time to kill so I took some time to add in my own touch and although they only had two markers at the moment, they took the time to look around to see if they had any others with me asking. It was a very nice experience and I truly enjoyed it. It certainly made me less stressed. I would come back here again. :)

Service was quick, inside was cute and the location was easy to find perfect with some outdoor options for when the weather allows. I came for some boba tea and wasn’t disappointed. I Will come back.

The decor was really cute and vibe relaxing. Perfect for getting work done quietly or checking emails. Drinks were average- the matcha w boba was bitter and not as tasty as other places. The boba- chewy and cooked properly. (3/5) Also ordered a Thai iced tea w mango jelly but they were out of mango jelly. I got rainbow jelly instead- it was ehhh. Didn't like the after flavor of the jelly. (3/5) Also ordered a tasty turkey, egg and cheddar cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant. I didn't mind paying .50c extra for lettuce & tomato but they put the tiniest spine piece of lettuce. Lol. (4/5) Service was average so with two M sized drinks, sandwich, tax and cash tip, it was about $23

I went here with my brother and the drinks are good. They have food options which I was not expecting. I would say the sandwiches need some work. Food is 3/10

I'm concerned about the quality of the $7.50 medium oatmilk latte I received today. It contained mostly ice, only one shot of espresso instead of the usual two, and was significantly smaller than what I've come to expect elsewhere. This experience is disappointing, to say the least. It's unclear why this establishment has experienced such a decline in quality. It used to be a more budget-friendly option, but it seems they've veered in the opposite direction. Unfortunately, I don't find it worth the price anymore. Customer service is lacking as well.More of a bobba place than a coffee shop.

Hands down the JAVA CAPPUCCINO, iced or hot, is a winner! Also the cheese danishes. Service is always quick, it's a nice quiet location for reading while sipping.

I got a Vietnamese salted Carmel iced coffee and BEC bagel to go. Both really hit the spot. I'd never had Vietnamese coffee and wanted to try it after seeing a documentary on Netflix (sans poison) and while it was extremely sweet (I think I chose regular? I'm not sure how the sweet scale works) it was still really good and exactly what I needed. The BEC was good, although they forgot to toast it and the bacon was a little less cooked for my liking. Would still order both in the future though!

They have a large coffee, tea, and food menu. I am not an avid coffee drinker, but the mocha chiller was AMAZING, I would say it's the BEST coffee I've ever had! My wife also loved her hot mocha! There was no one else here at 8am on a Sunday, which was very surprising! Can't wait to go back and try more menu items.

I ordered the moonlight mango tea (on the right) which is superb and flavorful. The other drink is a mango passion fruit smoothie also a 9/10.

A unique spot where you can order both coffee/espresso drinks as well as bubble tea. I enjoyed the jasmine tea, was nice and light and the lychee jelly was good too. We also got a hot Vietnamese coffee, however I wish we could have adjusted the sweetness on the drink since it was too sweet. The decor inside is pretty interesting and saw several people working/studying and a few others having quiet conversations.

We're always on the look out for good coffee places and unfortunately, this is not it. We ordered a Vietnamese coffee, took 1 sip, and it was not drinkable. We kindly raised it to the person working at the front and told her it was off and asked if we could order something else. She was unwilling to help and just said all sales are final. I asked if we could at least just get a black coffee, and she said no and turned away. We threw away the entire drink. I've worked in the food industry and this kind of attitude is unacceptable. But even more unacceptable is to put out a product that is not that product. I have had a lot of Vietnamese coffee (I'm Vietnamese), and this did not resemble it at all. If you're looking for a nice place, go anywhere else. For Vietnamese coffee, go to Le Bledo. Two stars because the other drink we ordered was alright. However, based on this experience, we will never go back and will provide recommendations for other places to our friends and family.

Good, solid breakfast sandwich, and I liked the customisability: you have a choice of bread (I chose the croissant) as well as a choice between American, cheddar and Swiss cheese. The pistachio latte was comforting, creamy and smooth. The pistachio taste however was quite artificial, reminiscent of almond syrup. The cafe itself is buzzy, and a nice spot to hang out.
