The vegetables are horrible cooked ! Sometimes are bitter and over cooked with no flavor !!!

Their zucchini dishes are mushy and disgusting! All they have to do is coat zucchini slices in flour, double coat, then fry. Serve with creamy Italian dressing. and it would be great!

They use a special seasoning called bland, their hospital Juices is liquid diabetes, it's a hit or miss with them
