I ordered the steak and cheese just plain steak and cheese peppers onions that's it I got home there was hardly anything on that sandwich for $11 I will never get it ever again hardly any steak one little piece of green pepper that was it it was mostly just onions barely any cheese sorry folks you failed yesterday December 30th

I order the giant chicken chipotle with extra mayo. My sandwich hardly had any meat. Thinnest, driest, saddest Jersey Mike sandwich ever. Barely any chipotle sauce, no mayo as requested. My order was not made with love.

The best Jersey Mike’s in Alexandria! I got the chicken salad sub and a #13 w/bacon for my wife. The chicken salad was delicious and you can’t go wrong with the #13 sub. Nice way to start my weekend and highly recommended. Friendly staff and quick service.

Feedback on Customer Service Experience – 8/11/25
I’ve been a loyal customer at this Jersey Mike’s for over two years, consistently enjoying excellent service—especially from the morning and early afternoon team. Unfortunately, I’ve had two negative encounters with the same manager during the late afternoon/evening shift, most recently on 8/11/25 at 4:30 PM.
While ordering The Original Italian in a bowl, she interrupted me twice in a curt, dismissive tone that came across as impatient and snarky. It made me feel rushed, and I left without requesting all the toppings I wanted. I also witnessed her speaking to another employee in the same irritated manner.
The rest of the staff is always friendly and professional, which makes these interactions stand out even more. I’m sharing this because I truly value Jersey Mike’s and want to continue coming here without feeling unwelcome. I hope this is addressed so that every visit reflects the positive experience I’ve always enjoyed in the past.

Apparently to-go orders take precedence over the singular person actually standing in the store. Noone could be bothered to address my needs as a paying customer inside the physical store.
Ordered online at 12:13pm - arrived at 12:30 and the food wasn’t ready until 12:45. I shouldn’t be waiting for other orders when i ordered online.

The staff was absolutely amazing. I am currently pregnant and have struggled to find places that will warm up the deli meat and other foods for safetypurposes. Once I told them that I'm expecting, they warmed the meat with no hesitation and even congratulated us. The environment was very welcoming and everyone had a smile on their faces.

The dining room was clean, staff, ESPECIALLY Eva* and Keeana* that were so patient and kind with us, and the food was delicious and prepared well. We will definitely be returning!
