Someone needs to check that manager. Walked into pick up an Uber eats order and it was busy and she was literally yelling at a worker. Kind of embarrassing in front of customers. It's hard to find workers today and to be putting down one isn't cool.

Yall. I came in here on a rainy day in a particularly bummed mood about life in general. My kids and I looked homeless as we’ve been bed bound the last few days because of health concerns. Andre, Whitney j, ta'livia and Jenny legitimately made me cry in this car. They made my family the best sandwiches, asked me every step of the way was my sandwich being prepared the way I liked. Treated me and my homeless looking kids with the best customer service I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY 37 years of life. I don’t make it a habit to have me or my kids hug “strangers” but these folk are now family. My son has autism and won’t eat much, but he’ll eat a sub from Jersey mikes. I can tell you one thing, I’ll never visit another Jersey Mikes as long as these employees are at this one. I cannot say enough good things. I know this is a franchise, and I just want to say kudos to the owner for handpicking such a lovely staff. They made us great food, were extremely kind and they even make us laugh. God bless them

The consumer service at jersey mikes is always a step above subway, Jimmie John's, and those other sandwich shops. Bread also always seems good quality for the price. Love the hot or cold options with customizable options. Can't go wrong with a classic cheesesteak.

I've been a Subway lover for many years and even worked as a young man there. Truthfully they have failed. No more relish peppers, no seafood choices,no chicken salad. Jersey Mike's was a breath of fresh air. Tasty bread, fresh cut meat and cheese, fresh veggies. So in turn a quality sub with cherry pepper relish! Extra meat(pause) is worth the price. Great staff fast service. Subway is dead!

I recently visited Jersey Mike's and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The main issue I had was with the bread used for the sandwiches. It was hard and definitely not fresh. It felt like I was biting into a stale piece of bread rather than enjoying a delicious sandwich.The bread is such an important component of a sandwich, and it can make or break the entire meal. Unfortunately, Jersey Mike's failed in this aspect. The hard bread completely overshadowed the other ingredients and made the sandwich unappetizing.I understand that not every sandwich shop can have freshly baked bread at all times, but I expected better from a popular chain like Jersey Mike's. It's disappointing to spend money on a sandwich only to be met with such a lackluster experience.I hope Jersey Mike's takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of their bread. A fresh and soft bread can make a world of difference in the overall taste and enjoyment of a sandwich. Until then, I will be looking for other options that prioritize the quality of their ingredients.

The staff here is always friendly. I recently had 2 orders incorrectly made, topping left off online order. I spoke with the owner of the store who was amazing! He took full responsibility & assured me they’d do better next time. He also gave a sandwich on the house for my next visit. As a business man I truly appreciate how they take care of customers. We’ll continue coming every few weeks and would recommend to family/friends.

I am a fan of Jersey Mike's in general, but this location is absolutely fantastic. It seems like every time I go there, the same group of 4 or so women are working and they always go out of their way to make my experience great. I don't just get a great sandwich that's made perfectly to my picky preferences, they also do their best to make sure I have everything I might need. Today they suggested I try the pepper relish, which honestly is really great. Everything here is done perfectly from a customer service standpoint, a sales standpoint(getting me to try something new), and just a personal standpoint. I don't know anyone's names or I would give a SO, but needless to say, this is my JM from here on out. Thanks to the team there for being awesome.

I have seen some viral videos on various customizations of Jersey Mike's subs, so I wanted to give them a try again.We picked up the following two subs to go:+the #7 - Turkey and Provolone - had this on the rosemary bread with turkey breast slices and provolone, Mike's Way (with extra onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, and spices), and added extra pickles with mayo and pepper relish+the #55 - the Big Kahuna Chicken Cheese Steak - with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos, and extra White American cheese, adding mayo and chipotle mayoUnfortunately, both subs were a bit disappointing - the #7 was super soggy, which seems unavoidable, as the vinegar and oil just make this a super wet sandwich. Also, the turkey and the veggies seem to have a mildew-like odor to them, so unsure if the cutlery or the station is just not being cleaned properly.The #55 was extremely salty - not sure how much salt was dumped on here, but this was unable to be consumed after the first bite.Staff here are friendly, but quality control seems to be an issue.
