Great team. They acknowledged me when I came in, took my order and the chicken Philly I ordered was done in no time. Everyone is doing something and is productive. No one is just standing around or on their phone. The young lady who takes the orders is incredibly efficient and sweet. Whoever the manager is is doing a great job.

I ordered a gluten free sub and ate it there, I saw a spider on my sandwich!!! I figured it came from the other half of the gluten free bread left on top of the shelf. There was a line and I was absolutely disgusted. Please seal the other half of the gluten free bread and practice better cleaning practices.

I had a delivery today for groceries and when I opened my door someone had accidentally put someone's order at my door. I called this store and asked if they could help me with who it belong to. They told me they could not help as it was an Uber order. They proceeded to tell me to just keep it they had no way of tracking it. I went ahead and ate the sandwich it was a turkey and cheese and it sucked! This must have been fate for me to try their sandwiches because I could not taste the turkey or the cheese. It had lettuce tomato pickles and hot peppers. You should still be able to taste the base of the sandwich. now I know why I will never order from there.

Leaving a review as a thanks for the great teamwork I saw when picking up my order today. It was peak lunchtime with the in-person line and online order queue both very backed up. All the employees jumped from task to task seamlessly, kindly and efficiently. Not everywhere is like this so I wanted to tell you all great job and that I noticed!

I used to love this location until today after I checked my sub I saw it was made incorrectly so I asked for it to be remade, the person who remade it must have been upset about remaking it and loaded my sandwich with mayo and ketchup. I literally only live 5 minutes down the road and when I got home the bread was so soggy it literally was falling apart. A wasted drive and money. I called to speak to the manager but never got an answer. Guess I have to find somewhere else for my cheesesteaks now.

It's a great place for lunch with excellent customer service. Ordering and receiving sandwiches is quick. Seating is limited, so you may need to take your meal to go. The parking lot is pretty busy during the lunch hour during the week.

Stopped in for several lunch sandwiches for work and the staff was EXCELLENT! Very friendly and they were on the ball! I ordered a bunch of mini sandwiches and simply told the youngman making the food they list of numbers and he remembered and made each perfectly! The guy working the register was the same, excellent service and knew the menu quite nicely!
Everything was fresh and amazing! Highly recommend Jersey Mike’s… this place is amazing!

On April 14th, at or around 1:07pm, the primary sandwich maker with the shortcut was extremely rude to me. I have a gluten allergy and it was not cared for properly. He refused to wipe down the station and when I when I asked him to because I saw gluten bread pieces all over the counter top, he asked me why does it matter. Even after I continued to explain the severity of the allergy and why it was important to have it wiped down, he said that was what the tissue paper was for but I was watching the particles from the gluten bread on and around my gluten sandwich. He made the sandwich despite the fact that he disregarded my request and then was upset that I refused to take it. I asked for another employee to make my sandwich and he continued to repeat, “all because I wouldn’t wipe down the area?” I responded yes. Completely unacceptable. I’ve been a faithful customer for some time there. The other employees there know that I am a regular customer. This is the first time I’ve ever received treatment like this from this location. I travel a little way because the service is normally superb. I’m not sure what happened today. I usually have no issues at this location so I was extremely disappointed when this happened. However, The gentlemen when the locks took care of my order. He had great customer service. The other gentlemen should reconsider being in fast food, especially in an establishment that caters to people’s allergies.
