I went to this location yesterday on my lunch break to get a steak and cheese sub. The only thing i ate all day. The service was fine and the food was made quickly. However within 30mins to an hour I started experiencing nausea, chills and severe diarrhea. I had to leave work early and needless to say i had food poisoning, that lasted about 12hrs. Be careful eating here.

Jersey Mikes went down the tube. I paid an arm and a leg for what they call a giant sub which is in reality a regular whole sub. It was nothing but bread and lettuce barely any meat, Jersey Mikes will never get my money again that’s for sure!With all the Inflation and Shrink-flation, and ALL the food companies trying to get over on you you're better off buying all the ingredients and making everything yourself.

I spent $55 w/ tip, and they forgot my potato chips. I called the store and they have been having me on hold for 20mins and I have just hung up the connection. I paid for the chips, but I am disappointed. I know accidents happen but keeping me on hold isn't a good experience. Sadly, I have lost my $1.59 but it is what it is.

The worst experience ever from the manager to the owner of the store the manager made a mistake and she did not charge us the correct price she came to us and ask if she can refund us our money back and recharge us for the correct price I told her no just refund me my money and I will go else where my husband did not want to go to that jersey mikes he like the one in Springfield Va so I went to the other guy that so happens to be the owner of the store so disrespectful and told me it was my fault I needed to pay the money for the sandwiches but his manager did not type in the correct price why do I have to pay for mistake he was arguing saying it's my fault and I need to pay so I asked for my refund she handed me a 13 and some change receipt and our order was 45 plus we even tip 5 dollars thank God I looked at the receipt cause she was trying to be funny she knew that our meal was 45 and not 13 so I went to the owner and told him she made another mistake he still was arguing with me I would never go there again We are going to Springfield va jersey mike and I advise for everyone to go there you get the best sandwiches and customer service

Food was decent but the atmosphere and cleanliness were lacking. After I got my food and sat down, five employees stood around loudly talking about other people the whole time. Meanwhile, there was food debris and trash on the tables and floor that they should have been cleaning up. When I first got there they were complaining about a previous customer. Jersey Mikes are usually a lot better than this one. Won’t be coming back to this location.
