I had one of the worst customer service experiences with Jet’s Pizza. I ordered through their automated phone system and clearly selected no onions (I’m allergic), as well as no mushrooms and no black olives. When I got home, I opened the box and the pizza was loaded with onions.
I immediately called the store and explained the issue, expecting them to make it right. Instead, I was told that if I wanted a new pizza, I would have to pay for it—even though it was their mistake and the order could have caused me a serious allergic reaction. The manager repeated the same thing, showing no care or concern for the situation.
Not only was this pizza $33 plus tax, but the lack of accountability and compassion from the staff was shocking. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from a pizza place, and I will not be ordering from Jet’s again.

Jet's is always a winner, they have good pizza and fresh ranch. This location managed to make the deep dish crust even lighter and more crispy than I remembered 😋. Would recommend 👌🏾.

It’s a perfect neighborhood pizza shop, no frills, just order online/phone and pick up/delivery. I love their Detroit style deep dish pizza. It’s delicious! I like to order online at jet’s pizza website and pick up which is super easy. This is now our family’s favorite pizza shop.

The food was Very Good. Detroit Style had crisp, buttery edges, soft dough. The thin & crispy was ultra thin. Had a crunch with every bite. All the ingredients were fresh. And the brownie, OMG.... it would be worth going here just for the brownie. I'll be back 100%
