Multiple times we order food from the app and after an hour goes by we call and they say they dont have a driver????? They are so rude on the phone everytime for no reason. Worse Jimmy John's out there

What a joke. I placed an order for one sandwich at 1:30 p.m. I called at 3:00 p.m. to check and they told me it was on the way. Called at 4:00 p.m., said the same thing. I called at 5:00 p.m. the person who had just come in on their shift apologized that my order was never sent out. Kudos to hiring staff that just lies to your customers because they are too lazy to make a delivery. I am never bothering with this place again.

Ordered lunch for myself and my husband and waited for an unusually long time considering how close they are. Received a call from the store notifying me that they do not have a driver and would not be able to deliver the sandwiches. I had them cancel the order.

Biggest regret, went to JJ last night to get a sandwich there were 2 employees “working” got into an argument about who is going to make my sandwich!!! And while I stood there they continued to complaint... Really!!! Just WOW! Then again today I try again to give them benefit of the doubt .. I placed my order at 12PM and now it’s 1:08PM and when I called they said oh they can’t deliver bec they don’t have a driver... really??? WOW.... just wow.

Putting customers on hold on phone orders. 3 times in two months, and only tried 3 times. Dont pick up if you cant not take calls.

This is the worst excuse for service ever. My husband placed an order or two sandwiches online for delivery. After an hour we called the store to see if everything was okay, because an hour is a pretty long time for two subs. The guy who answered the phone said that he'd actually cancelled the order because they didnt have a driver for the night. THEY NEVER CALLED, EMAILED, OR OTHERWISE TOLD US THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED. When asked why we weren't informed the guy on the phone then said he DID try to call but it went straight to voicemail. Complete lie. Not only did they provide terrible service, they then tried to make it seem like it was our fault by lying. If you make a mistake own it. Dont blame your customers. NEVER ordering from here again.

Jimmy John's? Yes. This location? NEVER. Stopped today and will NEVER go back! Super loud music playing, F this, F that, B this B that. And the staff? Singing loudly right along unapologetically and made it a point to make customers not only feel unwelcome but uncomfortable. I wonder if the owner of this location knows what's going on? Its simply ridiculous & I will not patronize.

I happened to be in the area today, and I was dying if hunger so I decided to come in and give his place a try. The first thing I noticed when I wlslked in the door, is that it seemed like it was a group of friends working here which didn't appear to affect their work. As a Customer, I didn't feel like I was part of their inner circle, so I felt just a little uncomfortable, especially when they all started yelling and cursing. It was fine though and the hip hop music was loud and fantastic! I decided to order the Big John which consisted of roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. It took them about three minutes to prepare this and charge my credit card. I took it to go, because I really did not feel comfortable being in there. It wasn't a place very inviting, but rather seemed more like a clubhouse with a bunch of friends hanging out and working together. The food and sandwich were good, and despite feeling intimmidated I would probably come back.

Delivery from this location has been consistently slow. Drivers have shown up without the ability to make correct change, and orders have been taking over forty minutes or more. I think they're using a different definition of "freaky fast."

My first time to any Jimmy John's and I loved it. I had ham and provolone on french bread. Everything was fresh, there was plenty of meat, cheese and toppings. I got a kick out of having sliced cuke as a topping choice so I took it. My friend had a turkey and cheese sandwich and remarked that she liked it without me even asking. I also got a kick out of the ice dispenser from the soda machine -- it's crushed small. I don't know how many years or decades it's been since I had small crushed ice and I liked that too. Service was great too. The order taker was friendly and helpful, and although the sandwich makers were busy with existing large orders, they still fit ours in and we got our food very quickly. The restaurant was clean. Parking was readily available around the back and there's a handy walk-through. There are perhaps 5 or 6 tables, but it looks like most of their business is takeout or delivery. Accessibility: there were some handicap spaces in the back, a curb cut, and a path to the restaurant with any steps, and no steps into the restaurant. Most of the tables had separate chairs. I didn't see the bathroom.

This store is a part of my weekly diet. While I've only been in the store once, I regularly order my sub for delivery. FASTEST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER. They are always so polite on the phone and in-person. I can confidently say they have never got my order wrong. They are extremely efficient and have the best quality food. Take it from someone who eats here on the reg.
