Phenomenal NY style pizza. Great sauce, nice chewy crust thats never overbaked, and all that wonderful cheesy greasiness you want. My only complaint is that trying to stick to a diet when this place is in your immediate vicinity has me like Tantalus reaching for the fruit...
it’s alright; would try again if nearby but wouldn’t go out of way
I am a NYC transplant living in NoVA. so you know I'm on the hunt for 🍕 🍕. If you are from NYC, give this place a try. It's a pizza parlor vibe.
We got half buffalo chicken and half bacon cheddar cheeseburger. Both were delicious!
Real food, real people, unbelievable greatness. This place is a gem and well managed. Best pizza around here. Try the Gyro as well. All the Italian dishes are legit. My Italian cousins came down and we ordered Johnny's. The verdict was overwhelmingly positive and they felt like they were at home! Definitely a must.
We brought 20+ people in for our sons birthday and they wouldn’t sell us 2 litter sodas. The customer appreciation was not there! Otherwise the pizza was yummy.
I haven't had good pizza in a while. This one hit the spot🤤
Honestly, cant go without having one at least once a month.. its great.
The pizza here used to be amazing. In fact although we no longer live in the area my family made a point to visit there this past weekend. What a disappointment. The quality of the food is not anywhere near what it was like in the past. Everyone in our group was disappointed and it is sad that a once great place is apparently living off its once great reputation.
Ordered a large Margherita pizza. This was a sauceless cheese pizza topped with chopped basil, mozz, and tomato slices. Where is the sauce? Worst margherita pizza I’ve ever had. Did I mention it was a grease puddle? I would recommend their regular cheese with any normal toppings, those slices were pretty good the first time I came here. I wouldn’t get the Papa Joe’s Sicilian pie, the crust was way too thick.
Everything was ordered to-go, but the service and atmosphere were fine for the short time spent there.

Restaurantji Recommends
The food was delicious I got a Greek chicken wrap and my husband and kids got a ready-made slice. They are very good. Really downside was eating inside the restaurant with a party of 4 was a bit difficult. We went for lunch and the sun was being down on us, it so hot inside. My suggestion would be to order ahead and take it to go otherwise this place has great pizza.

I got a Sicilian pepperoni and the white pizza. Both were incredible and I cannot wait to try everything else they have.

Pizza is great but one specific employee makes me dread coming in.
He is always rude and pretends not to see you at the counter but will take the order of the next person who walks in. Not sure his name but he is short with an accent. I will not be returning. Today I have had enough.

Good new york style pizza
The host, Saba, was completely rude and nasty to me for no reason; I came in to pick up an order I had placed over the phone.I stood in line patiently, she made direct eye contact with me but didn’t attend to me. She gladly assisted the person next to me with a smile. When she was done helping the other customer, she again looked me in the eye and walked away, she asked her co-worker next to her to help me instead, but he said no because he was leaving . I don't know what her problem was if she was having a bad day but i was not the cause of it, she was just nasty to me from the beginning
