If you haven't tried this filipino restaurant you are missing out. They might have all the fast food chicken places cooked. The spicy and original are both amazing. Spicy means spicy, too. Don't get thrown off by the spaghetti either. Filipino spaghetti is good with the balance of savory and sweet flavors. And who doesn't want a side of gravy to dip the chicken in or the biscuit, or to pour over the rice. Don't skip on the peach mango pie either. I wished there was one close to where I live.

Can’t go wrong with Jollibee chicken! I’ve been to multiple locations across the US. The spicy chicken is my favorite, especially spicy which is actually spicy (a plus in my book). Their chicken comes with gravy and you can also purchase rice on the side. All of there other dishes are good too such as the hamburger steak, pies, fries, spaghetti, burgers, etc. The dining room can get a little crowded at times and the last time I went there, they were behind on their orders. I recommend trying it at least once.

Wasn't very busy, any still nearly 20 minutes to get a couple of sandwiches and an order of fries. Food is fine, just way overpriced and super super slow.

If I could sum this up in one word: disappointing.

Listen — I love Jollibee, so it pains me drag them in the muck of their own restaurant; but, hey — you make your bed (or in this case, you clean your table).

Brought my fiancée here to get her to try some staple Filipino comfort food. It’s truly embarrassing to have talked so highly of this fast food chain only to discover how gross the tables were and uncharacteristic their lack of hospitality was.

It shouldn’t take four employees to determine *whose job it is* to wipe down a table so customers can sit down and eat; whether you’re the manager, shift lead, or cashier, it is not a tall ask to wipe down a table or delegate someone to do it.

The food here is good, as one can expect; I can’t imagine any franchisee would keep Jollibee’s brand licensing for long without at least that much. We had pancit palabok and fried chicken with gravy. A memorable eating experience, but for the wrong reasons.

Please get it together.

Overall: ★★★☆☆

The fried chicken has a delicious unique spicy taste however they do not offer chicken breast other than in a sandwich form that isn’t like the original recipe that they are known for. Therefore I had to take away an half star. My favorite part of the chicken is the chicken breast. Second they can be understaff at times. You can order online and get there at the designated time and your order still may not be ready or if so. You are waiting behind a bunch of other online people that are waiting to pick up. So food and services I had to take a star as a whole from but overall they deserve at least 4 stars.

But it would be nice if they can open another one in waldorf or at least Fort Washington or the least, Oxon Hill area. I have to travel around 45 minutes each way if traffic allows.

I just felt the food was ok. The flavor of the chicken pieces were a little bland compared to the chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was the most flavoral experience out of everything I ordered.

Fries cold, chicken fresh but lacking flavor, and no bone-in white meat options. Biscuts extremely dry, needing butter. Publix chicken is exponentially better, KFC original recipe is much better and popeyes is definitely better in flavor & seasoning. (J)
