Chicken was so crispy! Dunk it in the mashed potatoes & gravy and its heavenly. Could drink the gravy. The pies crusts were also crispy and both filling were perfect!
2025 update: family size “palabok noodles”, bucket of fried chicken with gravy, and mango-peach pies we had was so savory and simply delicious! The fried chicken is so good with or without the gravy. Their peach-mango pies are delicious! The Filipino noodle dish called “palabok” so scrumptious with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Seems jollibee in the USA just isn’t near as good as in the Philippines. Probably the blandest fried chicken I’ve ever had. The burger was ok and the peach mango pie is good. Just a disappointment how the food is here compared to the Philippines i think they must of changed the recipe
I'm not a fan but a few family members like it. Maybe for them it's a good problem but it's always busy and unorganized in here. I made an order on the app. I was told it will be 15 mins. That 15mins turned into 45mins just for a 6 piece and 2 sides. They have to do better than that
