Jula's on the Potomac is a prime location for a romantic evening or special occasion, offering stunning views of the Potomac River, MGM, and National Harbor. The scenic atmosphere, whether dining indoors or outdoors, makes it an ideal date spot. Guests praise the attentive service, even when the restaurant is busy. The menu features a range of options, including the lamb chops, which were a hit with one reviewer, and the lobster roll, considered superb by another. The staff is known for being fun, knowledgeable, and making the experience memorable, with servers like Nev and Mike Nurse receiving special praise. Many guests appreciate the delicious drinks and desserts, especially the chocolate cheesecake. One customer noted that every dish was a masterstroke, and the overall experience was thoughtful and refined. The wine selection is noteworthy, with many options to choose from. While prices are higher, they are considered fair compared to other brunch spots in the DC metro area. The restaurant can get noisy, especially with large groups nearby, but the heated balcony and outdoor seating area provide a more tranquil atmosphere. Overall, the experience and potential for a great meal make it worth visiting again.
