Brah! The food is ehh, they have some dishes they are good at. ( fried rice) (lomo)( tacu tacu)etc, but the lady owner is so tight and greedy! We ordered a pollo a la plancha and my nephew ordered green noodles with the meat. Plus some drinks and the total was like 60 bucks, when we got home ( 5 mins from house) we noticed the chicken was super undercooked and raw, we called and they complained 😭, we drove back to the restaurant and asked her if we can exchange it. She said she was gona just recook the piece she had already giving us and for us not to be so uptight 😭😭😭 then she processed to give us a new piece but didn’t want to give us sauces and suddenly said the rocotto was sold out .

I rarely review restaurants but my first experience here was enough to warrant this bad review. I ordered the Cau Cau and yuca fries. The order came with a side of rice. The rice was too salty. The tripe smelt unclean and they gave me French fries instead of yuca fries and you can tell that the fries were clearly from leftovers because of the mismatched sizes. I went home before looking at my order and and unfortunately didn’t realize how bad it until I got home. This is disappointing because I love Peruvian food and was hoping to become a frequent customer.

Chicken sandwich barely have any chicken in it , taste meh won’t visit again

Worst ceviche I’ve ever had, I tired to return it and they refused to exchange it or give me a refund.

Do not eat here!!!! It is a terrible restaurant, they serve rotten or spoiled food here. It is no unsanitary and unsafe! El peor restaurante del que he ordenado. Comida malograda, mala calidad, y no es comida auténtica peruana. The worst. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

The health department needs to close the place before they kill some one!!! I was sold rotten sweet potato and old fish on the seviche I purchased. And when I called the owner refused to take the food back and exchange it!I was ripped off and their costumer service is absolutely ridiculous!!

It is very expensive and they give you very little. The truth is not worth it. The tip is already included in the receipt.

Had the cow heart (anticucho) ❤️ and it was very salty. My wife had the chicken chicharrones, and they were hard and warm. Looks like they re heated.

Quality and service has gone to the ground. Been coming to this place since i was 16. So has my family. Use to love them, would eat at this place weekly if not 2-3 times a weak. But wow no wonder its always empty now. There cheap AF! and the food is over priced. They messed up my order and had the audacity TO NOT REPLACE MY ORDER i spent $60 just to come home to uncooked food. I go back tell them my complaints and they have the audacity to open the container, and recook the same MEAT. Didnt even want to replace it. Went home with cold rice, cold fries, unsatisfying food and for someone that has been coming here for YEARS me and my family. I felt like i was spit in the face. Cant believe how low they’ve gone. Dont waste your time go to huascaran in ALEXANDRIA.

Food is always delicious, but I’ve been ripped off plenty of times. Today was just enough for me to leave this review. I asked for a large fry ( the size of a small take out container,and they charged me $10!!!! Not the first time something like this has happened and it shows why the place is usually empty. Food is too good not to come back though.. so yea.

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years, and lately the quality of the food is not the same.I have ordered a whole chicken for dinner, and my order was canceled without me knowing. My husband made it to the restaurant and the answer from the owner of the restaurant was not appropriate. She stated there was no more charcoal chicken there for the order was cancelled.My husband decided to order the lomo saltado which was not the best option either. The food was dry and there was just a few pieces of the steak. The price does not match the portion of the food.This is not the first time my order is messed up and the way the people at the restaurant just made it seem it is the client’s fault.
