Usually pretty good food. Usually I'm not picky when it comes to that, but value is something I have to complain about. Blah blah something something inflation, shrinkflation, prices, etc. Aside from prices going up, portions seem to be going down. Maybe that's my imagination here, but for sides like potatoes, corn, and gravy, they should not be $2+ for a small cup. The attached pictures is one of the pieces we got in our bucket, and no it wasn't one that was thrown in as a freebie. It was actually part of the counted pieces, and mind you that I'm not a big person at 5' 6". I get not every piece of chicken can be huge but giving tiny pieces is a rip off. Not every piece was tiny but none were actually huge to make up for it. For the price and being fast food, it's no longer the value it used to be and not really worth it. Additionally we were supposed to get 4 biscuits but only got 2. We also didn't get potatoes but did ask for gravy for the biscuits, which was an extra charge. That's fair, but it was like $3 for a small cup of gravy. That's ridiculous.
As much as I like KFC's food, it goes in to the bucket of fast food chains that are no longer really worth eating at, like McDonald's and Taco Bell due to declining value, quality, service, and/or options.

I went through the drive thru, ordered, pulled up to the window and received my food soon after. The only problem was that it wasn’t my order, not even close. I’m glad I checked before completing pulling off. I backed up. They took it back and gave me a different bag. Too bad it still wasn’t my complete order and items were missing. Oh well third times a charm right? Wrong! You really gotta be kidding me. Lmao. I was the only person at the drive thru

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I order my dinner and went to pick it up, they told me my order was canceled. When I asked for a manager and they refused. I then asked for a refund, which was also refused.
I had to call corporate to get my money back. DO NOT COME HERE NOT WORTH IT.
This is not my first issue, it’s either been a side missing or food not cooked well. I’ve never complained.

PLEASE count your chicken before leaving. I mean along with the bland service, they can’t even count the chicken? You wouldn’t want this done to you bringing home food for your family and to drive 30 minutes back home and realize they can’t count to 12!!!!

I placed an order online and won a promotion (which I will share in the photo) and when I arrived at the restaurant they did not want to give me my promotion and my order was incomplete. I wanted to communicate with the manager but I didn't want to come out and show my face. I will file a complaint with KFC company for false promotion and poor customer service.
