Has close early the last 3 times I try to put up food . The sign said 10 pm but there lights are off in the drive thur at 930pm... when I call to ask if the closing time change the women just hang up on me ... great service!!!!!!!

Took the kids there since we havnt had KFC in a few years and we were craving fried chicken. The plan was to eat inside and take the rest to go but there was a tweeker in the dining area and lights flickering that were making me nauseous. The lady at the register was nice and we got our food quickly but some of the chicken was soggy and ALLLLL of EVERYTHING was so salty that my son said he felt like he was chewing the ocean. The sodas were extra bubbley so that's something positive.

The worst food and attitude by the on-duty manager. My food chicken tenders were super dry. When I tried to return them and order a different selection, I got the big sigh and dropped shoulders.I’m hoping she was just having a bad day. Maybe she worked open to close. It was late.??♀️

This location is not honoring national offers (AKA FALSE ADVERTISING) and KFC is notorious for allowing franchises to decide when they want to be or not part of KFC and KFC never responds to complaints. Better places to spend

I can give 0 for the customer service! The manager looks like a Pakistani guy, was very rude , Disrespectful and zero customer service. I also read so many reviews about the same person. KFC please take some action about this specific person.

If u going for the pot pie this your place! Wow it tasty sooo good like it came out of grandmas oven! I can't speak on the other food but that pot pie!

I just had one of the most unpleasant experience, I can this why this location is always deserted, and almost looks abandoned. Got a number one and all I asked was for one side of ranch. Which the assistant manager ANA replied to me that I couldn't have unless I paid for the single side of ranch . All I did was ask for one side not even two asked for ketchup as well to which she replied I have to pay as well. Needless to say one of the last visits I have to a store that has lost its thriving customer service, and now settles to give customer a mediocre experience. So disappointed. They should train ANNA as an assistant manager to be a little more nice to customer and maybe a bit more flexible specially when they not asking for much.

Food is…adequate if not particularly good. Service is terrible and and they’ll mark your order as ready, then when you get there they tell you it’s going to be another 15 minutes and to “come back later”

They will not sell chicken tenders as an entrée. You’re forced to purchase a complete meal. For those who do not want a soft drink or bread or potatoes you’re screwed. I left they don’t need my business.
