Hands down worst kfc I feel bad that Taco Bell even linked to this mess everybody to the manager and staff rude and nasty but then they take forever with your order and has the biggest no refund sign up like it’s your fault they so unprofessional honestly I never try to get anyone in trouble I believe everybody deserves a chance but fire the whole crew and start over this ain’t a good look for your company

The people here are always outstanding! With there big smiles and laughter! Outstanding service always making me want to go again! The food was amazing fresh and the atmosphere was so much cleaner than the rest of the KFC’s I’ve been to. The restaurant is so good and the food was delicious too. I recommend this place for a fast go too meal! Fast service for your on the go and very clean space for a time to relax. I want in the morning night and afternoon and received the same impeccable service! The manager was so understanding with any issues and from what I can see they are always there for there employees and clients. It’s important to remember to treat people how you want to be treated so we can create an amazing community. Overall This KFC gives you the a smile when you enter the room.

Placed a mobile order. Got it from the drive thru. Noticed the gravy missing, so went inside to request it. The first woman’s response was “Gravy?? For the mashed potatoes?” She looked so.. incredulous? 😂? I was just like “no, I got it as a sauce for the nuggets.” My guess is that no one ever selects gravy for their sauce. She relayed this to another woman in the back and she also looked over at me like “Gravy??? 🤨” I’m still standing there like “Yeah. Chose it as the sauce.” They both looked at me like I was the most annoying alien they’ve ever met.

People are always rude, placed a mobile order and they laughed in my face when I asked if they needed the order number or if they look it up through name. Then they proceeded to just walk away and make other peoples food and ignoring my order. I work in the area and always use up most of my lunch break just WAITING on my stuff. It’s so annoying. They need to hire a better staff.
