I ordered a 2 piece meal and it came to $10. That she charged me for didn't even bother to tell me they have a 2 piece meal for $5 and her excuse was you have to ask for it. Second of all the person taking my order barely spoke english. That's a problem, and then they wanna say no refunds. We can just make your order right AFTERI I had to stand in line behind 20 people that were also complaining about their orders. I don't care who doesn't like this, but it is what it is. If you're gonna be the one taking orders, you need to speak and understand english bottom line.

I have been siiting in this restaurant for over an hour eating my lunch. Customers have been coming in and waiting for 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes longer before they are waited on. I have counted 19 people who gave up and just walked out. I have counted 6 employees. What terrible service !!! Employees are ONLY focusing on drive-thru.....WHY ??? Rude customers service. No acknowledement or greeting that they are in the restaurant, WOW !!

Don’t go here when craving fried chicken the food was the worst and I didn’t get my sides with my meal. The 3pc big box I got was supposed to come with two sides I got just chicken and a biscuit. I only came to this one cause the one near me was closed. Never again waste of money and time.

Absolutely despise these combined locations. You never know the true hours of the place or which "restaurant" is actually the priority. Google shows the KFC hours as open until midnight. We placed a mobile order and got the notification that our order was being prepared. We waited over 30 minutes before we finally went to the drive-thru to find out the status That's when we were told that the KFC was closed. Ummm, how is that the case? It's a COMBINED taco bell and KFC. Don't the employees know how to make both types of food? We got told to just ask for a refund. Well, of course we are going to do that but how about all the time we wasted thinking our order was being prepared?
We'll never come to this KFC again. I guess this place has such a low rating for a reason.

To be completely honest the food was fine and everything was made right…But the wait was crazy!! We waited over 20 mins for our food. It was 2 bean burritos 2 black bean crunch wraps, one side of nacho fries and cinnamon twists. It looked like the workers were moving around a lot. The cashier was also helping cook? Overall it looked like KFC orders were being made faster and people were getting their food at a reasonable time this goes for drive thru and sit down. However for Taco Bell orders the drive thru was going smoothly because orders were getting done quicker. As for indoor to go orders for some reason it was taking way longer than expected. The thing is I’m not the person to really say anything to the workers if it is taking too long unless it’s over 30 mins. But especially for fast food it should be a little bit quicker. The overall atmosphere felt kinda cramped and as if there was too much too look at all at once. I think that having these two restaurants right in the same building together is not a good idea because there are a lot of different types of things that need to be made and it could get confusing. It just looks unorganized! I do love Taco Bell and on occasion KFC but this time it was not what it needed to be!

There were 10 other people waiting for their food also.There were mountains of chicken pieces ready to go, so what the heck could be taking them so long? How hard is it to just grab the items and stuff in a bag? You don't even need to assemble the food like with a burger!

My wife and I went to this location and we ordered a 12 piece meal with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese. She asked for 4 pieces to be grilled chicken and the rest to be original recipe, When we got home we were disappointed. We ordered all dark meat chicken, we got legs thighs, wings and breasts. The grilled chicken was dry and had no flavor but we ate it anyway because we were hungry. When we looked at the mashed potatoes, there was no gravy on top when there should have been. Next time we're going to Pollo Camparo.
