The service has really gone downhill here. Rude employees. I ordered the $20 fill up tonight I've seen the posters on the window and it looked pretty good. Chicken, chicken nuggets and fries were just thrown into a big box. The chicken nuggets were as hard as a rock and fries were totally over cooked and too crispy. Very poor service. ? we also got a 8pcs bucket with sides. Chicken was very greasy and biscuits were hard as a rock. Coleslaw had tons of salt tasteHighly dissatisfied.?

Another horrible experience at this location. I have NEVER gotten exactly what I ordered here. Today I wanted an 8 piece extra crispy meal. They said they could give me extra crispy for everything but the wings. Ooookay. Got home…not a single wing. One leg. Three thighs and and all the rest were burnt, dry breasts. Driest chicken I’ve ever eaten. And I ordered two sides of mashed potatoes. Got one potato and one cole slaw. ? Do better KFC!Go to Burger King!

Apparently they were only serving Taco Bell and no KFC. The way the drive through is built, you cannot escape if there’s a line in front of you. So you’re just stuck waiting in a line for a restaurant you don’t want food from. Only option is to jump the curb and tear your car up.

It is one of those things when you have been waiting a long time to eat extra crispy, fried chicken, only to be majorly disappointed because they order was wrong, and they give you regular chicken. Waste of money, and threw away the food.

Absolute horrible experience! Fast food should be fast and convenient, especially if you order on the app! Yet they STILL somehow get your order wrong! And the most frustrating part is that the lobby is closed therefore you have to go back into the never ending drive through line just to have the window shut in your face by rude, disrespectful employees. This kfc location employs the MOST disrespectful people. Employee(s) description: young Hispanic men, including manager on duty, name given: Kairo (would not be surprised if fake name given). I was alone in the car with my infant baby and pre teen daughter. I can only imagine how they may treat others the same or worse. I highly recommend staffing at this location be reconsidered. For those considering getting food from here, don’t, you will regret it. I sure do!
