Delicious assortment of desserts and ice creams. Portions size is huge and took me a good while to finish my chocolate cone. But well worth it. Will try out the other items next time!

I’ve passed this shop several times walking around and never noticed it. Went in for ice cream after dinner and was pleasantly surprised! The service was attentive and very friendly. All the chocolates looked so good. We got the coffee ice cream and the toasted chocolate ice cream and both were so delicious and creamy. They had lots of good flavors so I’ll come back to try them all.

This place is amazing everything is good and the service is excellent, you don't feel the difference between this location in Old Town and Virginia Beach they always make you feel welcome.
No matter what you ordered don't forget to get something with chocolate. Is worth it.

The Apple Pie Ice Cream - limited edition. I was here visiting family a few blocks away and brought the kids down here for ice cream. After 54 years, I've had my share of ice cream all over the world. I love apple pie. I tried an apple pie ice cream in another southern state a month ago but it was pretty lame and just tasted like they mixed apple sauce with vanilla ice cream. Not this place. This is the real deal and I place it in the top 5 ice creams I have ever had in my life. Perfect match and blend. There are pieces of pie crust in there, but just the right amount. Real apple pieces with the cinnamon, etc... It's absolutely perfect. I did try the free sample earlier and I had to come back after dinner. But even the free sample didn't do the full product justice. It's a culinary experience and I highly recommend it.

Always the best ice cream around! Don’t miss it. Well worth the splurge on the calories and the price! I love the New Orleans Praline flavor. You just can’t get it anywhere else!

Kilwins has become a staple of King Street. They have tons of visitors and many different flavors to match. On our last visit I got the s'mores ice cream cone and it just tasted a bit off to me, more like cheap cereal marshmallows rather than actual s'mores flavored ice cream! Will have to check out other options in the area next time, but this spot is still great for the basics.

The employees were lazy and rude save for the young lady at the counter. When I asked for a milkshake they told me they weren't cleaning any more cups to make them in and that I would not be able to get one. Terrible service.

Update from 5 stars to now 1 stars. Went in there today and I didn't get full scoops of ice cream. And the fudge crumbled in pieces when I went to eat it. I won't be back.
