Donuts are so fresh and delicious! Two people that I interacted with were super helpful: Le and John.
Le was super upbeat and smiling & just put everyone around her in a good mood!
John helped me with my complex order today and was extremely patient and kind! I asked him which donuts were his favorites, so now I have some new ones I want to try when I come back next time!

I'm updating my review today because of Adel. I've always loved Krispy Kreme, but Adel provided top-notch customer service and deserves a raise. He didn't know that I was having a horrible day but still put a smile on the face of me and my children.

Went to Krispy Kreme for the first time in a while and was very excited to get them for the office. Ordered an assorted dozen only to find a box that did not seem “assorted” in my opinion with more chocolate than anything. I was also disappointed to not see a single original glazed. To top it off, they were extremely cold and not fresh.
The donuts are always fresh the coffee was excellent the service was great one thing about Krispy kremes is that they are consistent and have been consistent since I was a young child. A highly recommend this place for fresh donuts or if you want to take a friend out just for a quick treat a highly recommend Krispy kremes

Experience is everything. I ordered off of an app called too good to go and walked on the store around 8:30 pm. There was one or two customers ahead of me but they were standing around. The lady (looked Hispanic) never acknowledged me, didn’t say how may I help you… not even a smile. She didn’t even look my way even though she side eyed my husband when we walked in. She helped people that came in after me. I didn’t get helped until another man behind the counter asked if I needed help. I’m HIGHLY disappointed with this service and will NEVER return. Customer service is everything. Unfortunately this is my first and last time coming here.

Stopped in this morning to pick up an order I placed through the app. I was greeted by a very sweet lady behind the counter. She was welcoming and stayed in constant motion boxing doughnuts, pouring coffee, and greeting customers. I was early for my pick up and she went above and beyond to make me feel valued and appreciated. She even helped me carry my order to the door. I don't know her name; but she is the type of employee that keeps customers happy and coming back. I hope she's the because she stays busy! The restaurant was also noticeably clean and well stocked at the coffee bar.
