Poor service. I order my drink. I pay with a birthday gift card That was emailed to me. The kid who took my order didn't know how to Enter the gift card so he asked For the dude standing in the back Who was too busy on his phone to help. dude came up asked me to open the app. I said I didn't have the app but I had the number in the email. He Had the audacity to roll his eyes at me because he had to detach his eyeballs from his Zelda game on his phone for 10 seconds in order to manually enter the 10-digit number into the system. The whole time maintaining in his hand his own cell phone with the game playing. The kid starts making it. Another person comes in and he stops, middle of making my drink, to take their order of drinks. I waited approximately 10 minutes for the kid to finish making my drink that was supposed to be served to me hot but no longer was since I waited. After my gift card balance is redeemed, I have zero interest of going back to this location.

Look, it's a chain boba place. I don't expect my mind to be blown. It's consistent and what I need when I need it. Their staff seems to be the only inconsistent thing. However whenever I have experienced a rude employee, I don't see them again. So clearly they know when there is a problem and they adjust.

As Kung Fu tea establishments go, this one is quite nice. I love the games, TV, claw machines, & outdoor seating. The indoor seating is somewhat flexible, but kind of limited. If you're coming with a big group, keep that in mind. It was raining when we came so, no outdoor seating for us. But the music was pumping & drinks were tasty as always. Although...did the prices go up?
Restrooms are clean as of this posting. No changing table in the men's room. Parking is limited but close to the store or on the side.

I've never had any issues with Kung Fu Teas so I assumed this place would be good as well. Unfortunately, after this place a try for a month and a half, I have decided not to go back. Somehow their boba is always semi-hard. I've told them multiple times but looks like they have not fixed it.

We were served by the delightful Jade. She took the time to answer all of my three kids’ and my own questions. She was professional, wonderful and she and her colleagues made us laugh. Please come check this place out. Do not be deterred by negative reviews. They are wonderful. And I hope Jade gets a promotion soon.

Very bad customer service at this location. I’m a very loyal customer here and I have been thru all the DMV locations and let me tell you how rude the front register African American employee was very rude when I walked in to pick up my pre-order drink from the pick up counter. The guys was like don’t touch anything here and rudely asked me if I had an order and took my order from my hand to “do he’s job” and proceeded to ask for my name (keep in mind it was the only drink at the counter) After telling my name he was so rude and was like keep walking and the kick me out the store of try. That pissed me off so I just stand next to him a table and he threat me to call the police ???
i know yall closing in *30MINS* but damn that some nasty attitude from the cashier. Sucks to close but with that attitude cant even trust if i the drink is made properly

The boba that I got was really stiff and didn’t seem like other boba I’ve gotten in the past. It’s possible that it’s because of the slush drink versus a typical milk tea. The cashier also seemed sick, so I’m not sure of the hygiene of the employees. This is the second or third time I’ve been and it’s been empty every time. I’m not sure the next time I’ll try it again.

I asked for 30% sugar, but it wasn't sweet. So asked for 50%, it still wasn't sleep n it was too bitter. Even the color of thr thai tea wasn't reddish orange like it should be. It was dark orange from so much black tea being used. I couldn't handle it. I didn't feel good after drinking it. I couldn't even drink half of it. It was so bad. This is the 2nd time getting it.. and both times the tea wasn't made properly.
