50 minutes since order, 20 minutes past pickup time, and still not ready. While waiting for pickup, tables not being cleared and delivery drivers not verifying orders they are grabbing. By the time order was ready, some items were barely warm. Flavors were good, but fresh and warm would have been better.

Great place to visit and meet friends

Great menu choices for breakfast and lunch, and everything is served on porcelain plates with proper silverware, and I appreciate that. Somehow my coffee tastes so much better in a porcelain cup.
The tables used to be a bit sticky, but they've sanded them down now.
The staff's friendly and welcoming.

La Madeleine is a great place for good, nutritious, healthy salads and good sandwiches. I especially enjoyed the onion soup. My favorite is the good coffee. They have wi-fi because the folks come there for free wi-fi. Excellent clean food.

Mushroom soup, cordon blue pasta - very tasty!

Their food used to be good at this location. It definitely isn't now. Whoever is cooking needs to have the salt shaker pried from their hands and thrown away. My food was TERRIBLE. The only saving grace was the pre-packaged soup and jelly I bought and ate after. Wouldn't really recommend it unless you're looking to raise your blood pressure through the roof.

Good for the occasional casual meal out. Good quality food and decent portions, but seems more pricey than it should be.

There is old lady that behave so bad with customer. She says that I’m not machine, she prepare the order too late.

I went at lunchtime, the restaurant was not full of customers and it was quiet, but I waited for my food to be brought to me for more than 20 minutes, which is unacceptable, the staff is slow and sluggish and also not smiling and friendly, the tables were dirty from previous customers, which is a very bad experience.

Good all around.

I went to a madeleine cafe in Alexandria many years ago and had such high standards for this restaurant. I took my sister her for the same experience and was highly disappointed.

The Caesar with salmon was a disappointment. The salmon was cold, fishy and seemed pre-packaged. Too bad. It used to be much better.
