Absolutely slow service, took basically an HOUR to order and get my food served, ordered chicken la madeleine and they gave very small portion of rice and chicken. Also little to no mushroom sauce. This place is only good off peak hours but during dinner hours avoid this place, unless you want to wait hours for your food. They also said they wanted to charge extra for barely getting much rice when I asked for a bit more rice because they gave me half a scoop! Cheap and bad service. Small portions, you’ll come and leave hungry.

Their food is tasty, but half the time I order to-go they either forget part of the order or forget that I am sitting there waiting. Just had lunch delivered and part of my order is missing. At this point, I don't think I will continue to support this business at this Kingstowne location (though I haven't experienced the same problems at their other locations).

I absolutely love the coconut cream cake. Best dessert I've had compared to other spots. There were only 2 people working the day that I went, which caused the line to be at the door. It was definitely busy with seated customers. Nice and quaint spot.

50 minutes since order, 20 minutes past pickup time, and still not ready. While waiting for pickup, tables not being cleared and delivery drivers not verifying orders they are grabbing. By the time order was ready, some items were barely warm. Flavors were good, but fresh and warm would have been better.
