The worst place to have breakfast, the staff doesn't know how to take orders and the French bread is a total scam. They gave me super old bread that when I got home it was made into a stone, very lousy and unfair.

At the beginning pupusas were good. Over all food at this place is pricey and not all of it taste great or its well done. I still like some of their breakfast items though.
However, I paid almost 10 bucks for empanadas de leche and i will let ypu be the judge of that.... adonde se quedo la leche?

They delivered my order wrong 2 times in a row. They don't take into consideration that you have allergies even when you ask them for something clearly. Check first to very respectfully notify them of the error. Instead of offering solutions, they disconnected the phone. He was condescending and unhelpful. I felt like he didn't care at all about resolving my situation. I hope you take this type of behavior seriously and better train your staff to prevent other customers from having similar experiences. I definitely would not recommend their services. I advise you to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Since health concerns should not be taken lightly.

Today I passed by this place and I got a big surprise, sadness and anger from Alava because I realized that in this place the employees buy stolen things from some drug addict boys and from what I heard from the employees it is not the first time because they told them that because of those things I could only give him tamales and coffee because they were not worth coke. They asked for facts until Jaron prepared the food because he was flying like flies. Seeing the things stolen, even those in the kitchen came out to see things. My question is, do the owners of this place have the decorative cameras? The food at this place is very good, on May 17th I stopped by because I was craving Salvadoran chicken tamales, I know they close at 8:00 PM, I arrived and ordered at 7:15 PM and I reluctantly felt When I told the cashier that I wanted to eat there, believe me, if she had kindly told me that it was too late to eat there, I would have ordered it to go, but the move they made was to order 6 tamales that I'm sure were already made. to heat them up and it took them 30 minutes to give me 6 tamales when every time I go in the morning and order breakfast they give it to me in 5 to 7 minutes and all so that I wouldn't stay eating there, honestly, the employees there showed a lack of respect. They seemed to make fun of seeing that I was upset. I hope the owner of this place does something with those types of poorly educated people who have nothing to do with the morning staff working in the afternoons and by the way the tamales were cold I had to order them to go because they were scamming by closing now!!
