This was a fabulous lunch. I had the tutti mar (seafood linguine) and it was literally, THE BEST I've ever had. My companion had the burger and fries and said it was absolutely DELICIOUS (both burger and the fries).
One of the reasons I like Laporta's is music with dinner. However when you have a large party who can be loud it takes away from the whole dinner music feel. There are two sides in the restaurant maybe it would be more courteous to seat large groups on the other side or in the rear of the restaurant.
If you like really good live jazz with your dinner, this is the place to go! The music and food were very good as usual. And the service continues to be exceptional! We love coming here; it never disappoints!
