Food and service are good as long as you bypass the passed out drunks in the booths. Have been coming for a long time but it’s gotten worse with the atmosphere. Not good place for families when bar guests are passed out drunk in the booths. Choose another location.

Very frustrating situation. We ordered a pizza right off our flight because we love Ledo’s pizza and did not realize how late it was getting. Ordered pizza online at 9:50 and they closed at 10. The online system accepted our order and said estimated time for the pizza to be ready at 10:04pm. Once we put in the directions we realized they closed at 10pm. We tried to call but the answering machine said we were calling outside of business hours. Could not in touch with anyone. We called another Ledo’s that was open later, and they told us they could make the pizza but we would have to contact this location to get refunded. Called today and they said they made the pizza but we could not get in touch with them to know this. They would not refund the money, but I am more upset by the incredibly rude customer service. Do better.

What is the weight of disappointed this time as my pizza was overdone I did ask for it well but it was a little too well baked
If I could put half a star I would. I called in a cheese pizza and when I picked up the food the lady at the counter was very rude. After the awful service. And waste of time while she sat at the counter on her phone surprisingly she is paid by this company. When i arrived home I opened my pizza and it wasn’t even a cheese pizza it had vegetables and sausage I just wanted plain cheese. Please find a new person to work at the front desk.
