Really liked the vibe of this place, but holy salt batman. Like... My pasta had enough salt to survive an apocalypse. The pasta itself was good but please ease up on the salt.

Showed up at the beginning of HH, most of the place is empty and we order food and drinks literally every time the waitress comes around. The first time she doesn’t get a drink order (we’re still drinking the last ones) she drops off the check and 1 minute later, we are told there’s a 2 hour limit and we’d been there for 4. First time hearing of this limit, ok. Then within minutes we are told 3 more times we must go in increasing intensity despite actively drinking our beverages. We bought apps, multiple pizzas, in all $250 of food and drinks, but were treated incredibly rudely by the host staff.

We love Lena’s food and ambiance of the restaurant. The customer service is horrible, lately and here is why. The staff are not customer focused. You will wait a long time to order, Get drinks, food, napkins, plates, utensils etc. expect to wait and for subpar service. Especially if you sit outside. They spend more time talking to each other and every time we go all staff and the manager literally abandon the bar, dining area and outdoor area to have a 15 minute team meeting and sit down to “family diner”. Hello? You have customers that are paying for service and want to order food and drinks. People were actually coming in from outside to get their drinks, and everyone was sitting with empty drinks or waiting to order or get their bill while the “staff” sat at a table scarfing down food and drinking bubble tea in the restaurant. Some of the staff actually seemed uncomfortable they were neglecting their customers to attend the meeting or sit down to eat family dinner.It’s not a good look for the whole serving staff to be sitting eating at a table while the ENTIRE restaurant of paying customers is not getting service. The only people working were the staff making pizza or in the kitchen and one or server who recognized customers were being neglected. I visited this restaurant, specifically the Loft after seeing a review on IG. The food was just okay, drinks were good, it's more about the atmosphere. Very authentic Cuban decor. If I return,it would only be for drinks

I visited Lena's Havana 151 and it was amazing! The chicken wings and garlic bread is soo delicious definitely recommend it. David was our server and was absolutely spot on, he described each dish spot on and helped us choose some great food for our night. The ambiance of this floor is so unique and will definitely come back again!

My girls and I love this spot for brunch. Great spot for a rainy day brunch. HUGE portions and the food is tasty. Why a rainy day? Well, the interior is a bit dark, so of you want sunshine, this isn't the move, but it is very well decorated according to the theme. Side note: I always go with the right people, so they brighten up the room for me!!!

If you're a brick oven pizza lover this is definitely not for you! The crust has absolutely no flavor whatsoever, like literally not even the "brick taste" NOTHING! the "Di Carne" was entirely way too salty, we expected it to be salty because of the prosciutto but this was another level....the garlic bread was delicious but $10.50 for 5 slices of garlic bread is a bit out there, this one is our fault for not checking the price first. The sangrias where good, the mascarpone cheesecake was really good but $15 for a tiny slice (it was smaller than the cut frozen slices) is ridiculous, this one I did see the price of but definitely expected a bigger slice. All in all definitely not worth another visit, I still can't get over how flavorless that crust was!

?Definitely enjoyed the decor, and overall ambience of the Havana 151 side of the restaurant ?.Despite the kitchen being behind today, the food came out quicker than expected and was hot, fresh and delicious—the calamari with the garlic aïoli sauce, the avocado toast with french fries & smoked tomato aïoli sauce, and the steak and eggs from the brunch menu are all a must try when you visit this restaurant ?!The mimosa flight was also a nice touch (4 glasses that are 5.5oz) and offers a variety of flavors from elderflower, cranberry, peach, and pomegranate ?Our waiter, Raza, was exceptionally polite, and on point with promptly bringing out everything that was asked for ?— thank you for adding onto a wonderful dining experience Raza!!

we were seated, given 5 slices of small bread for the dip we ordered. the waiter didnt attend once from the point when we entered and never saw us after. we had to ask other waitresses for refills and for a check after waiting 30 minutes. the pizza was not worth the money unfortunately. would not recommend. they also compensate for tips which would be reasonable if the service was good.
