I don’t like to leave bad reviews but was so disappointed and I don’t want others to waste their time and money.Worst smoothie I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was warm and had huge chunks of banana that made the texture unpleasant. It tasted as if there was no ice blended in it and it was only warm milk and banana. My boyfriend got a cafe mocha that had barely any chocolate. It was more like a latte with chocolate drizzle lining the cup than actual chocolate flavoring for the drink.The staff was mopping and rearranging furniture while we ate. We had to leave because the cleaning chemicals were triggering my asthma and on the way out my boyfriend almost slipped on the freshly mopped floor (no wet floor signs were put out). We both threw our drinks away before finishing them, a waste of $21.

Majdi was a great guy with amazing customer service. The owner is very friendly and helpful with recommendations. I tired the pistachios coffee and paired it with a dessert that had pistachios cream. The area is very clean and well design, great for insta pics!

We stopped by Lilly's Chocolate and Coffee Cafe in January when we were in Alexandria. I ordered an Americano coffee, which I was unable to finish as it was like hot water.. They didn't bring the beverages to the table; they just placed them on the counter. To exacerbate the situation, we were unaware that the service fee tip was set at 30% until we got back to Arlington, Washington. I believe The Tatte Bakery has opened now,, and I would definitely suggest going there.They bring the food to the table and you can decide what percentage of a tip to leave too.
I was admittedly expecting a chocolate shop, which it is not. And I can't speak to the coffee, but I can say that the lockma are DELICIOUS!!!! I had a black and white with strawberries, and yum yum! I have just added to my list of have-to desserts.

Having been addressed by a surly server, the lowest automatic tip value was 15%, which I paid. However, for that, the server couldn’t even walk the 10 ft to deliver our drinks to our table (we were the only people in there!). What is it we are tipping for? Certainly not friendly or exceptional service. Drink was OK but nothing more.

Very cute place! Definitely created with the instagram generation in mind!After being served by someone who was on his phone the entire time; my first drink, I felt like I was get over priced watered down espresso. Then, as I was eating my chocolate croissant, I got to find 2 hairs in the melted chocolate. (See picture below). I definitely have no desire to return. Cute concept but bad, coffee, food, and service.

Not sure what all the rave is. The balls were the best part. Was told it was a strawberry sauce. Poured over top. It didn't taste anything close to strawberry.
