It’s never “Hot and READY” at this location. Ever. Regardless of what time of day you go in. They never have anything “Hot and Ready”. They always have to make it after you order it. Which defeats the purpose of coming here. It’s never packed, so it’s not as if they are struggling to keep up with demand, they just don’t bother stocking the heat racks.

So disappointed; we made an online order, and the website says it was ready to be picked up at 19:54. I came to pick it up, and it was not ready for more than 45min; not only the Customer service is so bad and unprofessional, it doesn't take ownership and rude. Such kind of service makes your score bad, for a big brand like this have such time waste is sad. No one will place an order if they choose to water more than 40min at the spot.

Sophia has an attitude problem, is very rude, and was extremely DISRESPECTFUL. Was no help at all and I chose peace instead of cussing her out. She’s lucky I’m a changed woman I tell you that. To be a manager I rate her customer service a 0.

I ordered 2 hot and ready and waited 10+ minutes. They are supposed to be ready looks like everything was made to order nothing was done. Store packed with people. The cashier very unimpressive. Not sure if they were low on workers or not seems like all online orders and call in were ready when people arrived . Thumbs down. Signed inpatient lady!

female driver azmera passed my location twice because she had a "batch" order 6 miles away. Get better drivers with an actual sense of direction. 1 hour 27 minutes from the time of order. Unacceptable!!

Customer service is terrible! I came in, waited, no one spoke. I said excuse me and the lady immediately caught and attitude like I was supposed to know that them not talking or coming to see if I needed to order was a given! Then once they gave me my order I had to ask for a bag and the guy just threw it at me to do it myself. Horrible customer service!

Bad customer service. Pizza was not fresh and super flavorless.
I ordered thru the app and got a message that my order was ready. The pizza portal doesn't work, there were multiple people in line ordering and the lady at thr counter wouldn't give me my order until all the other people had ordered. Even the lady in front of me told the girl to give me my order. Not sure why I had to wait. Also, the breadsticks are ridiculously small, barely longer than thr cup of marinara that it came with.

Be careful. I caught the 2 young kids employees tonight messing with my food bc I placed my order on line and when I got there my order was wrong, they said they remade it but when it came out of the oven they took it off to the right where they thought I couldn't see bc normally they put the food in the box right in front of the oven where you can see what they are doing. I took pics of them and turning them into the health department tomorrow. Idk why they did it bc I wasn't mad or upset my order had to be remade. Ig just sick individuals and young. I've been in the restaurant industry for years and never do that to anyone's. You never know when that could be someone's last dollar and they're really hungry and need to eat.

The big selling point is Hot & Ready and they have never once had more than one pizza ready and often have zero. But what’s worse is that the employees seem mad at me about trying to order what they’re advertising.
