Ordered a hour in advance on the app and they didn’t start making it until 5 minutes after was supposed to be ready. They’ll say it’s ready when it’s not on the app.

First time this has happened to me, I went through this just now and these were harder, but super hard, I couldn't eat them all the way to my mouth, it really hurts me to be ashamed that they give you old food when you pay for something fresh. It didn't look like fresh food, freshly made, it was disgusting, to be honest.

Went here after my graduation, love the pizza pocket bite thingies. One time I asked the dude for extra sauce on a pretzel crust pizza & he said he couldn't (?no idea why not?) but he'd throw in an extra crazy sauce instead which I greatly appreciated. I don't recommend the pizza itself, somehow Little Caesar's excels at making delicious appetizer/side dishes, while their pizza sucks mega dookie. I only buy the side dishes tho so, 5/5 lol.
No seating either, they might've put a few chairs in last I was there, but it's been a hot minute, plus I usually wait in my car or grab a drink from the Safeway or Dollar Store nearby.

It’s never “Hot and READY” at this location. Ever. Regardless of what time of day you go in. They never have anything “Hot and Ready”. They always have to make it after you order it. Which defeats the purpose of coming here. It’s never packed, so it’s not as if they are struggling to keep up with demand, they just don’t bother stocking the heat racks.
Eight piece wing and one of the eight “wings” is just the tip. It’s exactly eight wings in the container so I know a server saw it and intentionally included it in the eight count.

So disappointed; we made an online order, and the website says it was ready to be picked up at 19:54. I came to pick it up, and it was not ready for more than 45min; not only the Customer service is so bad and unprofessional, it doesn't take ownership and rude. Such kind of service makes your score bad, for a big brand like this have such time waste is sad. No one will place an order if they choose to water more than 40min at the spot.

Sophia has an attitude problem, is very rude, and was extremely DISRESPECTFUL. Was no help at all and I chose peace instead of cussing her out. She’s lucky I’m a changed woman I tell you that. To be a manager I rate her customer service a 0.

I ordered 2 hot and ready and waited 10+ minutes. They are supposed to be ready looks like everything was made to order nothing was done. Store packed with people. The cashier very unimpressive. Not sure if they were low on workers or not seems like all online orders and call in were ready when people arrived . Thumbs down. Signed inpatient lady!
