Horrible!!! Not sure why they have a menu for Hot-N-Ready if it’s not that. Management obviously isn’t ensuring things are in proper condition regarding customer service and food quality. Just wow!!! New world we live in for sure. They should just take the hot-n-ready part off the title ☠️

Though often, the lobby is crowded with people waiting for their order. And it all feels a little sketchy, especially in covid times.

I asked an hour and a half before to pick up and when I arrived they informed me that they had not made the steps, very bad service ?.
