Horrible!!! Not sure why they have a menu for Hot-N-Ready if it’s not that. Management obviously isn’t ensuring things are in proper condition regarding customer service and food quality. Just wow!!! New world we live in for sure. They should just take the hot-n-ready part off the title ☠️Parking: Chimichangas can’t drive here and are ruining this place!!!

The pizza isn't great, but my wife likes the pepperoni cheese bread. And I like that you can order with your phone and then pick it up without having to wait in line. Though often, the lobby is crowded with people waiting for their order. And it all feels a little sketchy, especially in covid times.Parking: Inexplicably this parking lot is always crowded.

I ordered through the Little Caesers website for delivery and did not receive my full order.Upon calling the store, I was not offered any assistance for getting the rest of my order because they outsourced my delivery to Doordash and took NO responsibility. I did not see this ANYWHERE when placing my order for delivery, and only noticed upon beginning to track my order. If I had wanted to order through Doordash, I would have ordered through Doordash.I expect that if I place an order through their company, they should be the one to handle the problem should something go wrong. I will never go to any Little Ceasers again, the service was awful and the pizza sub-par. As for the promotional Pineapple Pepsi, I can say nothing, as I never received that part of my order.

This place never has hot n ready pizza!!!! The telephone is always off the hook or they hang up on you! They are very very slow paced I have never had a good experience I thought maybe it was just a one time thing but it’s the same thing each time

Worst little Caesars to go to, never going there! Little Caesars pizza has just lost a good customer.They gave us a pizza that the sauce did not taste right, very old sauce, and my kids did not want to eat it. we took it back, and they said it was not their problem. Then they asked why we took a bite of it. They said they could not give us another one or a refund because it was our fault for ordering the wrong pizza. We also ordered chicken wings, which was fine, and we ate. The cashier asked why we didn’t bring the chicken wings back, when all we wanted was a pizza that taste right. I guess they wanted to steal our money, and keep everything with them. We left the pizza right on their counter, and they took it. The manager was extremely unprofessional and so was the rest of the staff. Cashier person had a very nasty attitude.
