The young boy at the cash register needs some customer service training. When he gave me my food he didn't even offer me a bag and it was pouring down raining. Who does that? I actually remembered why I didn't want to come back to this place because the last time I was here they were not so hospitable.

Here's a funny for you, my son and I go to dine in because it had a 4 star rating, we're fairly new to the area and we haven't really eaten out anywhere and had a taste for Chinese. We walk in, and the place was empty, so I should've known then. We get the death stare when we walk in as if we were lost. The young man with earbuds in his ears says: "2". Clearly. Then tells us to "go sit down" and gestures toward a table that was surrounded by rice on the floor. He tosses the menus on the table, fills our water glasses (which had lint in them from the cloth napkin that was on the inside)and walks away. The server comes out and shuffles her young child to the back, no greeting and proceeds to walk past our table 3 times, the third time, she burps! Nasty! Finally, the cook I assume comes out with 2 bowls and looks at us and says "you order?". We weren't quite ready yet, out of shock from the burp still. He says: "ok" sits down to watch the football game and eat. We proceed to depart and they look up: "we don't feel welcome, we will find someplace else to eat." Go to Kumo Asian Bistro in Kingstowne, great service, clean and food is delish!! Do not go to Magic Wok, they are magic! When it comes to customers disappear!

My coworkers decided to order lunch from here last week on a workday. I was excited to try somewhere new and ordered the triple delight (no beef) lunch combo. The lunch combo comes with fried rice which was not fried rice at all. Instead it was plain chewy brown rice that had zero flavor. It also came with hot and sour soup which was ok but had a weird sweet after taste and just wasn't great. The brocolli was cooked wonderfully and was probably my favorite part of the whole lunch. I got 2 half shrimps and some chicken in a plain sauce. Overall the lunch was extremely disappointing

We used this restaurant while we were visiting Washington DC and were staying in a hotel without a vehicle. The hotel had a list of restaurants and this was on it. We went online and looked at their menu which was easy to navigate, with prices listed. We didn't order online, but called the order in. They were very polite and explained how delivery worked (since neither of us had ever done it). The food arrived promptly and was still very hot. The portions were so large that we ate it for 2 nights. It was so tasty that we ordered it again later that week and enjoyed it just a well the second time. This is a great choice for dinner!

The food is really good. The young man who waited on us did a good job.The problem was the lady who brought out the food, I had ordered Shrimp chow mein and she gave me a plate of chicken Chow mein. When I told her I ordered Shrimp chow mein with a calm demeanor. She got unhappy with me about it.and kept trying to put the plate in front of me. I was with some other people and went ahead and accepted it so everyone could eat together. In reality it was not acceptable to mean mug me over it like it was my fault. The food was good. The attitude was not.

We tried the Mongolian chicken, which was ok. The cashew chicken was mediocre, the chicken was rubbery and there was barely any sauce. The fried rice had no vegetables... were we supposed to specify veggie fried rice?

Great portions of good food, made promptly. I've had better Chinese, but not much - and the convenience of this location means I'll be back!

The food was horrible. Fried wontons were very much so overcooked, could not even take a bite. The sliced chicken they use just didn't look or taste like chicken. I won't be ordering from there again.

Do not go to this place. They treat customers like crap. Seriously. Waving the bill in front of my face and asking me to sign four times before I'm ready. Four times. And then begging me in broken English to put a tip on it. Like that's gonna happen after this. And the beef is not chewable. Had to spit it out into napkin. Some dishes are ok. Soups are very good
