I guess I must have been too late, as there were Limited choices for Bagels as well as the cream cheese. I guess, I was expecting more variety, when the word Bagel is in the name of the restaurant.
I had great service, the team behind the counter was attentive and very friendly.
I got the burrito Deconstructed, and i enjoyed it very much. I liked the chillies/spice in the sausage.
Not happy with the frozen hash brown patties.
A little stingy with the lox in my opinion...
Not sure if I would like to go back here anytime soon, wasn't really impressed.

I'm from Long Island, NY and 100% a bagel snob. I've been to more than a few places here and this place is #1 when it comes to bagels and sandwiches. They used to make egg everything bagels on the daily (my fav) but stopped since I guess not many people bought them, which is the only somewhat negative thing I can say. However, they will make them if you ask for a dozen a day ahead. Either way, their bagels are always fresh and warm and delicious. Their egg sandwiches on bagels are amazing as well! This is the only place that is even slightly comparable to NY and I will stand by that forever!

Staff is great. Owner was completely rude and out of line.
I live in the area and bagel shop is very close to my residence. I come into this bagel shop quite frequently and I have never encountered this. The owner is an older male with grayish white hair, he’s usually ringing up the orders. He’s also more on the quiet side, has never been welcoming but his staff is the complete opposite.
Today, I only went in for a cup of coffee. You have to pay for the cup before getting your own coffee. That’s not a problem. When I went to get my coffee all of the urns were out. I usually get the French vanilla specialty brew. When I looked back to the counter to notify someone, there were a good couple of people in line on both sides. I went to the specialty coffee right next to the urns and started to use the machine. About 1 minute later the owner yells “ma’am you have to pay for that, you have to pay for that.” I yelled back and said “all of your coffee is out.” He told one of the employees to go and make some more. While she was making the coffee I confronted him and said “I am a regular, I have no problem paying and you know that but to yell as if I’m stealing is completely inappropriate. I am a manager at a restaurant and I would never treat my customers that way. You’re inappropriate.” As I’m saying this he’s interrupting me saying “you have to pay….okay…..okay…..okay.” As his staff was very apologetic, his response made me feel very unwelcome.

I’m a bagel snob—untoasted with plain cream cheese—and then see how good it is. Manchester Bagel met my fix. The bagels are firm outside with a softer bagel, which is how I think a quality bagel should be.
I’ll pass on eating bagels at most places in most cities but will gladly order from Manchester Bagel I recommend them for a quality bagel. One downside is I wish their everything bagel topping had more salt—personal preference.
Yummy food, fast service, great for a quick lunch. I had a egg and cheese sandwich on a sundried tomato bagel. I appreciated that they had turkey bacon and not just pork bacon since my stomach disagrees with pork products and I usually have to skip bacon on breakfast sandwiches. Bagel was just the right amount of chewy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Nice looking bagel place, but they reduced the size of their bagels.

First time here. I was looking for the steak egg cheese and jalapeño bagel, but they didn't have it. I got the Philly steak and cheese instead. It was delicious!! I arrived at 0600. It wasn't crowded but I can imagine it will be later!! I highly recommend you try this place if in the area.

The food seems tasty and simple but for the price they charge they are really cheap with the meat. The staff is nice, but the sandwiches can truly be fatter to match the price point. I understand food cost, but they don't have to be that cautious.

Up charge issues. They charge you individual items to charge more even though it’s ‘a combo’

For a bacon egg cheese add sausage it was mostly egg and it was $15 that’s a bit much for a roll up

The service was very fast, which I appreciate, but the food was just alright. The hash brown was soaking the paper in it was in, it was so greasy. And the sausage/egg/cheese sandwich was perfectly fine, nothing outstandingly bad or good about it.
