The service was very fast, which I appreciate, but the food was just alright. The hash brown was soaking the paper in it was in, it was so greasy. And the sausage/egg/cheese sandwich was perfectly fine, nothing outstandingly bad or good about it.
I'm not sure what's going on, but they don't toast the bagel when you ask. We bought 4 bagels, 2 egg and meat ones and 2 with cream cheese. All were not toasted. The bagels are too chewy, they taste like store bought or day old.
This place used to be great, not sure if it's a bad day or if they've gone downhill.
We will likely get them another chance. But we're looking to a new place after this experience.

Ordered a cranberry and apple bagel and a wrap. Got my wrap but no bagel. When I asked about the bagel, they seemed upset and just handed it to me over the counter. No asking if I wanted any dressings like cream cheese or honey, no warming it up, no cutting it. Just handed the bagel to me without a bag. Asked the cashier for honey and butter and he was nice enough to offer a bag for the bagel and mentioned that it was weird they just handed the bagel over like that. Got the honey...
