The food was sooo fresh and delicious, down to the fresh made lemonade and mango juices we got. Such a home cooked meal feel, with tender halal meat, fresh baked naan, and crispy kibbeh. Service was amazing and the owner treated us like family. I can't wait to go back and try their kenafa and more dishes!

A really great place and a great addition to the neighborhood! I came in for a late dinner on a Wednesday night and was seated right away. I tried the chicken shawarma bowl and it was great. The staff are all very friendly.

Unbelievable Naan. Fresh Greek salad. Perfect hummus with schwerma. I highly recommend you get away from King street and find Mandi's by the Braddock Rd

My wife and I ate a late lunch here on Friday, March 22nd, 2024. It was our first visit but not our last. Our server Sami K took great care of us. And our food was delicious. Thank you for a lovely dining experience.

Overall excellent. Best Naan. Excellent service. Well worth a detour away from King Street.

I showed up hungry and in a bit of a hurry. I could've sat down to eat but honestly parking is super weird around there. The garage charges $16 (the restaurant covered $10 and the Custer is responsible for $6). That is absurd, the parking situation should be better. As soon as I walked in the door, they were very friendly! The gentlemen behind the counter was a true sweetheart. This was definitely more of a dine-in place, lots of white tablecloths and proper tables. The strange thing is that the food feels like quick serve - maybe that's bc I've spent time in the Mediterranean and Middle East and for me a wrap, fries and a coke is a standard "quick bite". The food was very good. I had the shawarma wrap and fries and it was all very good. But be warned it is very expensive. My total came to $21 for a wrap ($15) and fries and a coke combo (add another $5). I personally feel like that is a lot of money for a "quick bite". Bc of this I probably won't have this in my normal lunch repertoire but it's good to know it's here! Maybe the $15 wrap for dinner would be good but then you should have some sort of lunch special (combo for $15 total) - idk, just spitballing. Because of the pricing, I was on the fence about giving 4 stars but I didn't want to ruin their perfect rating bc at the end of the day it boils down to food taste and they were very nice people.

Had a wonderful meal at Mandi Mediterranean Bistro, with friendly service and great food — lamb kabobs, which came with salad and rice — and a falafel sandwich and fries. The baklava was amazing.https://mandibistro.nicepage.io/

I’m so happy there’s finally a kabob/mediterranean restaurant in Alexandria. This will be our new go to kabob restaurant!! We got the mixed grill platter, hummus and fries and it was more than enough for the two of us. Looking forward to trying the other dishes. And it’s 100% halal too!

We had lentil soup, gyros sandwich and hummus with pita. All of the food was outstanding. The pita bread that came with the hummus was made in house and delicious. The owner is welcoming and very friendly. I’m recommending to our friends.

They opened a few months ago so I tried it out for dinner on a week night. It’s tucked away in an office park so it gets more foot traffic during the day.The food was fantastic. Started with the hummus and pita and it was the best pita I had ever had. You could tell it just came out of the oven. For my main I did the beef shawerma platter. The beef was tender and the tzatziki and garlic sauce were incredible. The staff was friendly and prompt. My only critique is that the space seems like an office cafeteria because of the harsh fluorescent lighting. Maybe some lamps and lowering the overhead lights might help the ambiance.I will definitely be coming back again!
