I ordered the 11-piece sashimi set and the Matsui seafood salad. The salad had some shrimp in it, and it tasted a little stale, like it was on the verge of spoiling. The 11-piece sashimi set was one piece too small. The sashimi set is on the pricey side. I wish you would pay more attention to your food.

Well I could tell the fish was good quality but a couple pieces came out half frozen in the middle. So 3.5 for that that the main complaint for me here. The ramen was delicious and affordable. Service was good as well.

Food was decent but management is terrible. Whenever you order make sure to have them repeat the order to you TWICE. They individually package everything so there’s no way to check what you have until you’ve driven all the way home.

Don't eat here if you want proper portions of meat in your ramen. I ordered the spicy miso ramen with pork. They gave me such a small piece of pork. They are very stingy with the protein and I will not order from here again. I can get a better portion of protein (pork) from other Ramen places such as Ichiban in Shirlington or Zento in Alexandria.

We absolutely loved it here. What a little gem! The ambiance was cozy and cute. The fish quality?! The best we have had in this area. Everything was outstanding. This is now our go to Japanese place. Highly recommended! We will be back!

Went right at lunchtime. Wasn't busy at all. Sat at the sushi bar and got quick service. Food is very fresh. The chicken fried rice is definitely made to order and not sitting in a warmer. It's not a fancy place, but it's worth the $ for sure.
