The store is dusty and a bit dingy and dirty. The ramen is bland and has a flavor that doesn't seem right. The service staff is lacking and needs to do a bit more. Id skip this place.

Usually love this place but the last two time we went the pork in the ramen was spoiled. First time the pork smelled funny. Two weeks later we came back and the pork in the ramen had a sour taste. They were nice about it at least. Something must be off with how their pork is prepped/stored.

Ok, I didn't actually eat here. My daughter accidentally ordered takeout from this restaurant instead of our local sushi restaurant.By the time we realized the mistake they had already prepared the entire order. We called them, and the manager graciously refunded the entire amount.So I can't comment on the quality of the food, but I can say that any restaurant that would be kind enough to do that (they didn't have to) is probably a great place to eat.
Udon is great, sushi is good but the portions are a bad value.

I get takeout here at least once every week, and I love to dine in her. The service is amazing; friendly, quick, and you can tell they love what they do. Food is phenomenal, and if I could eat here everyday for the rest of my life, I'd die a very happy woman. Everything about Matsui is just wonderful, and I hope you'll open your heart up to it as I have.

Servers took well over 10 minutes to ask us for our order and they were just huddled around having a conversation while we waited for them. When we received our ramen the noodles weren’t fully cooked and the spicy ramen wasn’t spicy at all. Was looking forward to dining here after seeing the reviews but we left very dissatisfied.

The place is just amazing! The food makes you happy, we had the Miso and the Matsui ramen and let me tell you that is the best ramen we ever had! I’m not a big fan of sushi but my husband is, he ordered the Mango tango one and I have to say it was delicious.The service is outstanding, even if it is crowded they make you feel welcome and valued. Our favorite Ramen place! ?
