Placed a mobile order well before this place closes. I pull up to the drive through to see that placed a sign they closed at 1130pm for maintenance but clearly couldn’t be bothered to have that reflect in the app. So now I’m charged for a meal I can’t even receive. Nowhere to complain on the app and I can see the workers walking around. I knock on the drive window to get their attention and they see me and choose to just ignore me instead of having a convo and chatting with me to get a refund. Honestly screw this location. I won’t be back.
Also would like to add that I finally got one of the workers to come to the window and explained to her the situation. She told me to go away and request a refund on the app. The app won’t let you cancel the order after it thinks it’s being prepared and specifically states you have to request a refund through the store which the employee refused. Talk about a total lack of incompetence and idiocy at this store.

This is how McDonalds used to be everywhere. Clean dining room, friendly customer service. These folks always hustle in here. I feel bad because sometimes they have to deal with some rowdy folks in the neighborhood, but kudos to the manager and workers here.

Never been inside, but all the employees are incredible, food is really solid for mcdonalds food, the outside is great for parking & eating, lots of dogs & birds & very chill when parked, even when it's bumpin. Also, always fast, tasty, & correct even during rushes. Gerardo & Angelica are wonderful.
I’ve ordered delivery a few times now and have never gotten the sauces requested for chicken nuggets.
