Antonio was working the drive-thru this afternoon for lunch and his service was exceptionally good. My typical experience ordering here, and at nearly all fast food restaurants, is usually less than good but Antonio made my afternoon better because of his professionalism. Hire more people like Antonio.

This Mc Donald in Paxton St Alexandria is one of the worst Mc Donald in the Area. I visited out there from time to time with my friends with our kids specially on rainy days but we always received poorly treatment. Worst Staff! the place was also a hang out of homeless people inside or even some people that are not normal. i can tell. So, every time we went to the place a Staff will come to look at us judgy judgy. The last time they’d blocked on the toilet door so we cannot use it. Today is gonna be the last day that i will buy MC Donald! They complained after we used the toilet that i’ve dropped something on the Floor. Do they complained to all the customers that made a mess on the toilet? Nevertheless i speak to the manager about the issue. I should not given a star , even one single star. That place is awful and workers are not very nice.

Our cones were too small Period also the lady working tonight was very unpleasant and said we need to pay to get more ice cream I can go to 5 other mc near me and I never have got this little a 2$ cone only 2 swirls. I would say to not get ice cream from this McDonald’s, oh and they gave us a different receipt and not ourKid-friendliness: The cone size was kiddie cone for 2$
