You buy $20-$25 dollars worth of food and when you ask for 1 extra hot sauce!! They don’t give it to you they wanna charge you. I asked for 1 more this lady work in night shift she walked away from the drive thru window and ignored me with bad attitude.

The customer service experience was disappointing and lacked professionalism. I attempted to request a refund for an incorrect item provided to me. An elderly female staff member responded in a dismissive manner, rolling her eyes and walking away while I was still explaining the issue.

I see this mcdonalds with new manager and they are good. I dont see dirty on the parking like before. Is clean outside and the employees are happy

A lot of discrimination 1st I was kept waiting more than 45 minutes and I told them still that is a lot what I was waiting for still almost just left surgery on my knee and I could not be standing for long and at the same time my baby was already fatigued and we were hungry thing that I was going to pay for is not Free 2nd I TOLD ME I DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING I suppose from English and what I asked because I almost believe q nobody or it was made that they did not understand Spanish because a brunette and a dyed blonde seemed in their opinion like Latinas like me but they believed themselves to have been born here or to be children of parents here or to have already papers I do not know what is their reason to believe more than others if we are of equal flesh and blood and God does not exclude people like them and 3rd I have BETTER PEOPLE TO ATTEND as if me and my baby were of a lower class and the but 4th is that when my baby got stuck and his cereal from his mouth and spilled they did not give me either paper or anything because only they entered paper for when you have asked your order and because no compassion or humanity have the heart of stone a lot of xenophobia and discrimination to my person and looked at me from head to toe as if it was worthless.

The food was edible but after how terrible the service was from the lady at the second window was it tasted even worse. She has been extremely rude on multiple occasions culminating with her attempting to make pay twice for a damn orange juice of all things. Frankly as someone who works in customer service I have never seen such bad service. And there’s rats.

Was being rude and she was saying hello am I speaking Spanish like I was deaf and she yelled at me and people were fighting and yelling and the food was cold and the fries were burnt and the frappe had too much whipped cream and less of the actual drink and it had less i when I said I liked it with crunchy ice and when my friend didn’t get fries she asked for fries and the lady gave her a nasty. Face and rolled her eyes and snatched her happy meal and the fries were really cold and the bathroom was nasty too and the lady was being a karen and cussed at me and she said no stealing bqq when a other lady said feel free to take as many as I wanted and the rude lady yelled at me and no grabbing with no permission when the lady that works there said I could grab as many as i wanted and the to
