The food was edible but after how terrible the service was from the lady at the second window was it tasted even worse. She has been extremely rude on multiple occasions culminating with her attempting to make pay twice for a damn orange juice of all things. Frankly as someone who works in customer service I have never seen such bad service. And there’s rats.

The worker. Was being rude and she was saying hello am I speaking Spanish like I was deaf and she yelled at me and people were fighting and yelling and the food was cold and the fries were burnt and the frappe had too much whipped cream and less of the actual drink and it had less i when I said I liked it with crunchy ice and when my friend didn’t get fries she asked for fries and the lady gave her a nasty. This literally has to be the worse McDonald’s in Virginia, the entire staff should be fired. Nothing is right about this place, from the rude service, nasty cold food to the dirty establishment. Homeless people live and bath here and they always off of everything or have you waiting long periods of time to get your food. I will never ever visit this location again

I gave it a low rating because I wanted a fish sandwich and had to wait for it, as I asked for a fresh one. Once I got home, the sandwich was hard, as if reheated. I am not big on patronizing McDonald's, but I wanted the fish sandwich.
