Tables are dirty in most McDonalds. I understand staff shortage but you would think the manager would insist the tables to be clean and floor swept. Maybe McDonald is too cheap to cut employees. I do not blame the basic worker. Customers can be slobs as well.

The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. She talks about customers in their face. She complains about how people smells. She refuses to help them and their faces. She speaks in Spanish is if no one understands her. She’s very racist towards Black people. She helps Hispanics but won’t help me. This has been a constant thing in a problem for me.

As a naive young customer, there was a time when I used to enjoy my meals at McDonald’s, but the reports that keep on coming about employee working conditions have left a horrible taste in my mouth. No one should have to work in an environment where they feel undervalued and underpaid. McDonald’s should focus on improving the lives of their staff.
