I visited this location yesterday with a young child who was very hungry. We waited in line to place our order, but the manager, Kaizi A., who had hidden his badge, was walking around the restaurant without providing any assistance. He neither took orders nor offered any information on what to do. His demeanor was rude and unprofessional, displaying a clear lack of customer service skills. It is disappointing to see someone with such poor customer service experience in a managerial role.

We were pleasantly surprised at this nice little McDonald's! There was a lovely lit Christmas tree in the lobby, the food was hot, and a gentleman brought it to me before I could come to the counter. It was a very nice experience!

I stopped to use the bathroom there are only 2 stalls the first had no toilet tissue so I went to the next which was filthy but I live far. Someone went into the stall next to me. I was waiting for her to come out. As I finished washing my hands the STORE MANAGER TRIES TO HURRY OUT BEFORE I GOT OUT AND SEEN HER. She didn’t wash her hands nor did she wipe . 🤮

This store is notorious for forgetting to out bought food into your drive-thru order. Today, 11/14/24 0600, I did not get the hash browns I ordered. I just got back from Children’s hospital in D.C. after my son had surgery, was crystal clear on the order, it appeared on the screen, yet no hash browns. When I pulled to the first window, there was no one there. I almost went to second window, but the attendant finally came around the corner. If they would be present at their post as I am sure is required in their job description, instead of talking, maybe we’ll start getting complete orders. Rose Hill is 2 minutes down the street, spend the time and go to that store.

I waited over 15 minutes for my food. I went through the drive-through I was asked to park in the wait parking spots. After watching about 10 cars, make it through the drive-through I finally went inside to get my food. They forgot I was waiting outside.

Saturday night shift is a 10/10. Went thru the drive thru for some sweet treats and the 3 workers we interacted with were very kind!
The food is never fresh, there are students in the lobby during school hours not purchasing food , therefore leaving no seats for paying customers. This has been an annoyance for years yet the owners and managers do nothing to control the situation.. Children should be in school at 9:30 in the morning and I am sure that after school the amount of students exceed the store limit.. I am all for the students getting something to eat but it is not a hand out at Mcdonalds especially during school hours..

Went to the drive-through for breakfast. Was asking if they had another sandwich on the order and the guy got upset and asked if we wanted to come make the food ourselves. And before we could even finish the order he told us to pull forward. We ended up just leaving without any food.
