What’s going on !! Used to be my fav MC no more costumer service is really bad employee are so rude (no hello no thank you ) agree with the other reviews my fries was half my soda and want full , and now I’m thinking the place is going to be nasty too we need to take action and call the county to take inspection at these location , all teenage work there and have no idea what they are doing . Slowly these places going down thanks to the poor costumer service bad management and the funny thing is so many same reviews and no changes wow . Don’t waste your money and time at these locations the guy at the drive thru was so rude no hello nothing I ask for something and he answer me very rude more respect we are costumers we are not taking anything for free plus lately is expensive . Not going back and also taking actions about the place the way employees are I can imagine how dirty is inside too ..

This McDonalds is awful. The staff is so unbelievably rude. It always takes forever and they never have the order correct. My last and final attempt at this McDonald’s was chicken nuggets and some fries and they gave me less than half the container of fries. I would literally go to any other location besides this one.

Order taker charged me for wrong , order. Forgot to give me large coke. I had to go back in drive thru to get it. I order a hamburger, they gave me chicken nuggets

As a long term customer I have not ever been treated at a McDonald’s with so much disrespect, specially from a Manager! He stated his name was Kasey, KS #2 on the receipt! What a disappointment from this male that he represents a brand that for years has been all about customer service! I usually never compare but that’s why Chick-fil-A’s manners will be unbeatable! Because of “Managers” like this is why we live in the kind of world we live in! I hope he can get re-trained , or if he doesn’t want to be at work pleasantly to get more days paid off! I work extremely hard for a meal! We are paying for our food, our service, and to receive treatment like this to me it’s totally unacceptable and very unprofessional! Thank you for ruining a meal I was looking forward to enjoy with my children!!

Every time I get a coffee, frappe, hot chocolate or even soda i always get scammed here. I paid for a large and I don’t even get a full cup of coffee. I spoke with some workers at this McDonald’s before and all they say “this is how our machines are programmed” sounds like this is a scam that everyone there knows about. If I paid for a large cup of coffee I should get a full large cup of coffee and not what the machine wants to give me. Because I know they wouldn’t like if I demand for a large meal and only pay 3/4 of the meal.. so why do it to us.. the customers..

After much sampling and deliberation over the past couple years of my being in the area, I've concluded that this is the best choice for a reliable McDonald's. There is one other about 20 minutes away that has much better food on their good days, but this location is the only one I've found to be reliably a B+ or A- for a McDonald's.

Easy to get in and out of and the food is always hot.Parking: Parking on both sides of the restaurant.

This is the 3rd time this month that the Frappuccino machine was not working. I know she lied , The staff was too lazy to clean the machine in the morning. As I entered McDonald's there were employees in the back laughing and cheering maybe they should stop playing around and maybe wash the Frappa machine. Lazy employees, managers won't reprimand employees for not thoroughly doing their job. VERY Disappointed once again
