Terrible service, they should not be allowed to consider this McDonald’s “fast food”. I never write reviews but this place was so awful, and I’ve been waiting so long I felt compelled to write this.

Waste of time and money. It took 15 mins to get my order despite there being no other customers. The cashier was on his phone the entire time. My yogurt parfait was only half full, not even worth buying. It almost looked like someone ate half and gave me the other half. No sweet tea even though that's what I ordered. Only eat here if you are desperately hungry. I should've driven to the Rose Hill McDonald's instead.

McDonald's Looks So Great Inside A Walmart It's Probably The Only McDonald's We Could Find In Springfield Unless We Go Across I 95 Torwards Old Keene Mill Rd Up Where The Giant Is.
At 1040 they are closed with chairs blocking the entrance even though the hours are 11pm ,tried to order and the McDonald's associate says they are closed

Rosario provided very professional customer services; a rareity in a McDonald's rest. If every McDonald's had a Rosario, it would be a world class fast food establishment, again. Customer services at this high level should be recognized , appriciated and compensated!!!!!
