Missing items with orders. It happened two consecutive times now. Usually have good experience, but I don’t know what’s happening lately.

The food is typically good at this location compared to other McDonald's locations, but if you want some changes made to your order your best bet is to use the kiosk (a training issue, the cashier's are taught to take your order, suggest an up sell then take your payment. This is a franchise wide issue and not unique to this location). Service has become hit or miss here, such as cashiers not paying attention and leaving an item off as they provide your food, usually the drinks.
ETA: Stopped by a few days ago for a quick meal, and couldn't help notice how bad the place was. Litter around the floor, including an employee stepping on a plastic bag in front of the counter multiple times as if it wasn't there. Not sure why all the spoons are piled on the counter like that. And please, do not lean on the sink in one of the restrooms. It looks like the plumbing is the only thing holding it up.
Dbag floor manager said to me directly that my sauce was in the bag. It wasn’t. This how the store maximizes profits, by committing fraud?

Lots of errors in our order, rude staff trying to correct them, and came specifically for genshin impact meal for the kids and had no genshin impact artwork boxes...it's silly...but my teens were geeking out for them and were woefully disappointed.
Parking: No place to park... was halfway across the shopping center lot to find an empty apot
Kid-friendliness: No girl toys, and no toys as advertised in the current case

Staff allows large groups of loud, rude kids to occupy all tables after school -- many of them not eating, just playing on their phones-- while same staff intentionally closes other seating areas to other guests. Have seen adults walk in, see the madness, and immediately leave rather than spend their money there. As a result, the restaurant is always trashed and never young-kid-friendly. They have a "security guard" who does nothing but spend every moment playing on his phone. You'll want to eat elsewhere from 2-6pm.

Worst McDonald’s ever I ordered the wrong thing and before the food even came out she wouldn’t work with me they thought it was okay to serve me burnt fries ?clearly I just need to start eating real food cause I’m sick of it

Waited over 15 minutes for my pick up mobile order which was only drinks, only to be told they are out of one of them and if I want a refund I have to come in and get it. They never brought out my other drink that they kept saying they are “working on it”

I was at this mcdonald’s with my mom at 6:40 pm on sunday june 9th and the big mac was cold first of all they made us wait for our food then our sauces. he said i’m harassing him for saying the food was cold and it made my mom threw up he told me that the sandwich is fresh and i said then why is the middle cold. then i had asked him for napkins and he called me blind when i he told me to check there for napkins and it wasn’t placed there it was placed in a whole different table so how am i blind. he automatically said i was harassing him just cause i had said my mom’s sandwich is cold and she threw up, the two or three ladies in the didn’t even help they just kept laughing with each other and being rude. Customer service is terrible.
