Went thru drive thru tonite; the guy on the mic didnt say hello; immediately rushed to get order. after order was taken he said next window. WhAtS MY TOTAL.. like why I got to ask you the price! like what !!! get to next window no greeting matter fact nothing he just opened window, the service is terrible and brought it to the managers attention & he act like he didnt care, BAD CuStOmEr SeRvice,.. do better

Why don't you mix mcflurrys anymore? This isn't the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time at this location they've failed to mix the mcflurry. Just puts ice cream with a dust of oreo on top.

Very rude customer service, could not help me with my order even though i had ordered through the app and already was charged for the order from my bank. Said they don't know anything about online orders. I should’ve thought about it before i came to McDonalds. As cheap as it’s products.

Ordered a 10 piece meal with a large coke/fry. Ordered a "Collector's edition" 10 piece meal, large coke and fry. Ordered another large fry, and a large vanilla shake, both on the side. Asked for condiments. Food for 3 people. Asked to pull off to the side, which is normal when places are busy so that's okay.
Didn't get the "collector's edition" cup that I paid for, went back through the drive through to grab it and the condiments I asked for that weren't there. Got home, and neither 10 piece nugget had 10 nuggets, both 8. Large fry all filled half way at best. Fries are soggy, but whatever, I already accepted that part when I went to McDonalds. I'm not big on whining in reviews over fast food, but come on man. Simply giving the customer the food they pay for isn't even remotely difficult.
