This one has the crappiest and the dumbest employees. Drive-thru lines are so long, they were not even moving for a fast food restaurant. While putting my order I could hear the employees messing around then doing dumb things as they said "shut up" to each other. I went inside to pick up my order, the guy at the register was looking at my face and filling up another order, until I had to ask him to give me my order which was sitting about 2 ft away from me and less than 1 ft away from him. Then he pretends that he didn't do anything wrong. The dumbest and most incompetent employees at this store. God bless McDonald's.

You cannot have it your way like in the past . Any extra is extra money. But management wants you to pay for cheese even if you don't want cheese on your sandwich . One have to be persistent for them to find the price for a quarter hamburger

Yesterday (Sunday night) I went to buy some shakes and hamburgers, they took too long to give me my order, the manager had a terrible attitude, I didn’t like her way of speaking, I also didn’t like how I spoke to the boy who took care of me.

I just left there! I ordered a large fry and this is what I had. I didn’t eat any fries on my way home. If traffic didn’t suck so bad, I go back. But I will be taking this picture up there tomorrow and I expect a free large fry—-shoot, a whole meal. This is ridiculous.

Her attitude towards customers was unwelcoming and unprofessional. Instead of providing assistance or addressing concerns, she seemed dismissive and indifferent to the needs of patrons.As a customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and respect from the staff, especially from someone in a managerial position. Anna's behavior not only tarnished my dining experience but also left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.I believe it is crucial for your management team to address issues related to customer service and employee conduct promptly. The behavior exhibited by Anna does not reflect well on your establishment and could negatively impact the reputation of your brand.I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and implement measures to ensure that all customers are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I had to laugh, but seriously, I don't know how this happened?? My daughter asked me to grab her a Big Mac. I went through the drive thru and of course they had me wait in stall 2 for some reason. 7 minutes later they hand me my bag. I take it home and my daughter pics it up and two raisins fall out? If they had me wait in a stall for seven minutes, that means it should have been cooked fresh. So I'm baffled how two raisins could of gotten in there. I'm laughing because it's just bizarre. But honestly... How and why?
