Could I call you half service? Terrible customer service and then they deny for everything if you ask them for something they get upset no one comes in to order for free they should have more empathy towards the costumers. If I could I would give zero stars.

Was there today behind two or three cars. It took forever I ordered two ice cream cones and went to the first window to pay but no one was there so I thought maybe the window was closed and moved up.. only to then see a cashier lean out of the pay window and look at me like I was crazy. So I just pulled out of line and went without the food . I wasn't going to risk getting out of my car to hand her my credit card and I didn't want to go park my car because my dog was in the car. so I'm sorry that they had to waste ice cream cones. But the window was closed and no one was there

I came to pick up the order at 2.50 pm. After waiting for 9 minutes, the employee said the order was taken by someone else. After 1 minute of going out, I received a notification that the order was ready. The employees didn't even speak English. They said there was no order to get rid of me.

Poor choice of food. Everything is processed and modified. Great service. Bathroom floors are always wet and messy, but what can be expected when you have to force spill, leak water across the floor, because there's no paper towels anymore?
I always order through the table service app and the staff, very upset about bringing my food to the table, wanted me to go through the server. So why do they put service on the table??? They are always disgusting when you work customer service you always have to be friendly Ultimately very bad service

Update 10/25/2024: put up a fence today. Looks like it may be closed for a while. They still have not updated the status to temporarily closed.
Due to a fire on the evening of October 18th, 2024 this place is temporarily closed. No dine in or drive thru.
