They always mess up on your orders, especially if your order through uber eats. Terrible service and no one knows how to count nuggets and you’re always missing something.

I would like to start by saying that the drive thru at this McDonald’s is quick and the staff are friendly. That being said, *do not* go inside this restaurant to order food. Since the remodel, there is no one at the counter. My husband and I waited 15 minutes for our order before leaving. While we were waiting, orders for the drive thru were being fulfilled but not orders inside. When we asked about our order, we were told multiple times that it was coming. Whatever you do, just go through the drive thru.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to yet customer service is in the negatives the manager named tahir gave me 2 apple pies when I ordered 4 holiday pies simply because he couldn’t go and cook more, I had to drive back to ask him and then he told me then I have to wait I’m simply saying please if you want to go McDonald’s avoid this one and for customer service please look into tahir and how he talks to customers.

Saturday morning drive thru is the worst I have ever seen. Slow and unorganized. Each car took more than 5 minutes. And I was the third car back. They have this stupid guardrail in place at the drive-thru so you can't even exit if you wanted to. Do not come here. The worst McDonald's ever!

I ordered using the app for this location. I paid and even received a code. When I arrived at the restaurant they told me the code didn't work, and wouldn't give me my food. I was charged and never received any food.

McDonald's change the design try to has changed also it's to have double. Inside is so small how you fit the whole customers instead of just change the drive to do not change the design. Back then in the 2015 2.0 what's better than in the '90s 1.0 then bad 3.0 bad day today. And also no soda refills. Three windows for two double dry doors. One register it the kiosk instead of the same.

New mcdonals is a terrible design and idea. No one at the acounter. No fountain drinks outside. Barely has seats. Bad colorization. If there is no refills I am not going to mcdonalds, it already has the lowest quality of food.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The meat in the meal I was served had a terrible, rancid odor, it was clearly not fit to eat. I immediately brought it to the attention of both the cook and the front desk staff. Shockingly, my concerns were brushed off without so much as an apology. I ended up throwing the food away myself. This kind of disregard for food quality and customer health is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to be cautious, your health is far more important than a quick meal.

When I say Horrible I mean horrible I have never had the worst customer service ever then going to this McDonald’s. One thing they need to do is stop trying to cheat your numbers. I get cursed out because I waited in the line just like everyone else PATIENTLY only to be told that oh can you pull over so I can get my other customers out the way or I’m going to get in trouble because my numbers is messed up. I shouldn’t have to travel to another McDonald’s to get better treatment or food when I have one in my neighborhood. You guys really need to train your workers on customer service because they suck at it and to get mad when someone says that they don’t want to move and want to wait on their food what kind of crap is that. Your night shift sucks especially the guy who argues with females like he own the place, he needs to be fired and held accountable.
