McDonald's change the design try to has changed also it's to have double. Inside is so small how you fit the whole customers instead of just change the drive to do not change the design. Back then in the 2015 2.0 what's better than in the '90s 1.0 then bad 3.0 bad day today. And also no soda refills. Three windows for two double dry doors. One register it the kiosk instead of the same.

New mcdonals is a terrible design and idea. No one at the acounter. No fountain drinks outside. Barely has seats. Bad colorization. If there is no refills I am not going to mcdonalds, it already has the lowest quality of food.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The meat in the meal I was served had a terrible, rancid odor, it was clearly not fit to eat. I immediately brought it to the attention of both the cook and the front desk staff. Shockingly, my concerns were brushed off without so much as an apology. I ended up throwing the food away myself. This kind of disregard for food quality and customer health is unacceptable. I strongly urge others to be cautious, your health is far more important than a quick meal.

When I say Horrible I mean horrible I have never had the worst customer service ever then going to this McDonald’s. One thing they need to do is stop trying to cheat your numbers. I get cursed out because I waited in the line just like everyone else PATIENTLY only to be told that oh can you pull over so I can get my other customers out the way or I’m going to get in trouble because my numbers is messed up. I shouldn’t have to travel to another McDonald’s to get better treatment or food when I have one in my neighborhood. You guys really need to train your workers on customer service because they suck at it and to get mad when someone says that they don’t want to move and want to wait on their food what kind of crap is that. Your night shift sucks especially the guy who argues with females like he own the place, he needs to be fired and held accountable.

This was my first visit to McDonald’s Store #3110 on Duke Street, and it was a terrible experience. The music inside the dining area was blasting so loudly that it made it nearly impossible to relax or have a conversation. I spoke directly with the store manager, Tahir, and asked politely for the volume to be turned down, but he completely ignored the request. It was clear that customer comfort and feedback are not a priority at this location. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a decent dining atmosphere.

I went to get breakfast before going to work since the closer one is this one until they get done remodeling the one that is near me. When I got my order I didn't receive none of my hash browns. And my ice coffee taste like they didn't even add no sugar to. I will not be coming back to this McDonald.
Paid extra for the adult-targeted Minecraft Movie Meals, which are supposed to come with one of six McDonald’s character/food themed figures. Opened up our meals at home after picking up to find they gave us the regular kids meal toys instead. Called to speak with restaurant but the phone number will not connect.

The staffs are so rude, specially two person in the front, behave so bad! And the other staffs even don’t listen to customer! Prepare the order too late, during preparing one order make himself busy with the other customer’s order, and prepare the order too late. Excessive delay, wasting the time.

No one speaks English, they got my whole order wrong and when I went in asking about a missing item they told me they put in the wrong order so I wouldn’t be able to get said item ( Minecraft toy ) and nothing could be done like it was my fault they put in my order wrong she even repeated it to me and then put in something completely different and nothing was done to help, they were literally hopeless and useless and the crazy thing is they weren’t even busy

I think the quality is terrible they serve cold food, and I think they have people that are stealing Uber orders. When you place an order, they intentionally exclude the items that they want close the bag seal it up so when your driver delivers it, you have to file a missing item through uber and it doesn't affect them individually.
