The service is bad and some of the employees are very racist. The woman who works. I don’t know what her name is. She wears glasses. She treated me with clear racism. She called my order number and explained to her that this is my order. She did not give it to me and left me and remained standing for ten minutes, during which she did not pay attention to me until another employee came and spoke to him and gave it to me. My request is that the management of this branch should review this behavior among the employees because it has major psychological effects. Or is this McDolin’s policy?

In my country we don't know it with bacon, we know it as Beicon, and my response to not knowing it was bacon was, "Oh, the Mexicans call it bacon, we call it something else." Mrs. Melani started yelling at me very badly, and She insulted me, I felt really bad, I am a customer who always goes and eats in this place, She called the police to take me away, and they didn't even give me my food, I felt very offended, looking at the police I am an old lady, not a criminal! I hope this doesn't stay like this! I would greatly appreciate your help so that this doesn't happen to someone else!

Ti was super difficult to find where to sit at this location due to cleanliness concerns. Almost all tables were dirty and smeared with sauces and strange substances. Food was "ok" McDonalds food... Fiesta were cold and over salted, didn't expect otherwise. This place needs more staff to take care of it because there were only 3 people working behind the counter.

They allowed a bunch of teenage girls to pick their hair at the counter where the food is being served. When I brought it up, they did nothing. They were too afraid of the kids. The security guard was just as useless.
You can see just some of the hairs they left on the counter.
