So we checked on Google if this place had a play place. We asked the question. It said yes. We got there and IT WASN'T THERE. I had 3 granddaughters with me. Highly disappointed 😔. They forgot my double cheeseburger but made up with upgrading me to a large fry.

Ordered a snack wrap with no cheese and with lettuce. Came out with no veggies, but cheese instead. Sent it baack and came out with weird sauce. Sent it back again, and there. Was. CHEESSSSEEE. Was givin fries for compensation though :). But everything else :(.

I try to avoid writing negative reviews, but management needs to fix this broken drive through. It was fine for years, but over the past year, they've messed up my family's order a dozen times. We are all human and a mistake once in a while is totally okay. But half the time we go there, they forget something or give us the wrong food. I always politely ask them to correct it and they seem flabbergasted. I shouldn't need to make other customers wait behind me to check the order. I've never experienced such consistently poor service at any other restaurant in my life. Unfortunately, this is the closest McD by our house, and my daughter likes happy meals, so I guess we need to drive further away from now on.

The place has been newly remodeled, so it looks really clean. When I came here last night, the staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful that I decided to come back again today.
But today, the big Black man at the front responded to my order and gave me a number, but when I said I still needed to pay, he suddenly got upset and started re-entering the order.
If the order wasn’t placed, he could’ve just nicely told me to place it again. Why did he have to speak in such an angry tone? It’s not like I said anything wrong.
