I came in the morning during breakfast, and the food was disgusting, and the customer service was even worse. I tried to escalate to the manager, and ask her for the customer service number, so I didn’t have to leave a Google review She said that they don’t have a Complaint number. So I told her that I would definitely be leaving a Google And yelp review. Please learn to treat your customers better.

Don’t mind so much a cashier having an attitude once in a while but when I pull up at the drive thru and the manager is outside taking peoples orders and she greets me with an attitude. There is something really wrong with those managers McDonalds.

First McDonald’s review I ever did and probably will do because well, it’s McDonald’s. Aside from European establishments, this is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. My food was incredibly fresh despite a fully packed driveway and I got my food in less than 2 minutes. Really efficient, really clean, and overall a great stop.

Terrible service from the manager, the cashier treated me well, then two women who were in charge came and said they couldn't sell me a hamburger or fries, totally out of place because I think McDonald's is known for that, totally terrible.

Two days ago I had a bad experience at the McDonald's located at 3646 King St,VA I ordered the Crispy Chicken meal. The worker gave me a bag containing the meal. I checked the bag and did not find ketchup (which I love). I asked the worker (her name is Zulma) to. Give me Ketchup. She handed me four sachets of ketchup. I asked her for more. She refused, saying McDonald's policy had changed. The limit allowed to a customer is only four sachets of ketchup, and any increase above that must be paid for. I was surprised. Because I am used to other branches, when I ask for more, they give me. I asked her, “Can you give me your name?” She answered me rudely, “Zulma” and then added, “If you want to take a picture of me too, that’s okay.” I think this worker has previously created problems with customers. From her experiences in these problems, she is confident that nothing will happen to her. the question. Has McDonald's established a new policy regarding distributing ketchup with the meal?I filed a complain to McDonald.Their Answer was to blame the franchise. This is ridiculous,that a big company like McDonald's does not imposes its policies on franchisees, in the end of the day this type of behaviors has a negativeimpact to image of the company.I don't recommend this place

Recently bought food good thing I didn’t eat anything. Uncooked food or some sort of gooey substance on the chicken nugget, opened sauce packet with what looks like someone’s nail. Will not be back. The milkshake machine has been down for awhile now.
