I was picking up my order via drive thru. The Hispanic lady who was working drive thru around 6:30-6:40 on Nov 7th who had on black Columbia jacket and black hat on needs to be fired. As soon I pulled up to the second window she gave dirty look, I waited for my order for good 5 minutes not once she said oh sorry for the delay or didn’t tell me how long I have to wait instead she continued to give me dirty looks. While I was asking for sauce she walked away and said something in Spanish i am not sure if she was talking about me . I asked to speak to manager on duty who told me she was going to file complaint against her too. I asked for her name the manager refused to give me her name. The employees here are racist extremely rude to paying customers. They all need customers service training.

You can reply to my review but you can’t return my call back what a joke🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️It tells me a lot that this place supports and encourages their employees to be rude to certain customers.

I was there last week and was charged $3.26 per chicken wrap for 4, got home and they were dry, I went today and paid $2.99 per wrap made to order, they were not because they did not freshly make them, I definitely will not go to this establishment again, very disappointed.

The food is good and convenient but this is the second time they have done this. I don’t know if it’s McDonald’s as a who or if it’s only this brand that that serves lemonade that tastes as if it is made from ingredients that are a day past the date of expiration. I also found this in my steak egg and cheese breakfast.

I’ve come here a few times and have never had any issues, but tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere and, with the “manager” apparently. At the drive-thru, I ordered a “Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon, no cheese” exactly as worded on the menu (obviously, besides the “no cheese” part). The order taker was rude, but I ignored it. At the window, I paid $10 cash and didn’t want change. A polite young man brought my food, but it was wrong—no bacon. He apologized, suggesting maybe the “manager” didn’t listen,” while showing that the ticket doesn’t mention bacon. I told him no apologies necessary, it’s not your fault.” And thanked him. Then I returned to the window. Of course I was a little upset because I didn’t receive what I ordered and had been craving all day, but I wasn’t looking for any issue. I simply just wanted the order I initially ordered and was still willing to pay the price difference regardless of the mistake. When I got to the window the lady (“manager”) gave me a dirty look and insisted my order was correct. I explained my order and even how I stated it and why I stated it how I did, but she rudely interrupted suggesting I pay $1.99 for a side of bacon without even looking to see the price difference. I argued, willing to pay the price difference for my original order, but not for a side order of bacon (which would typically be and is more) After a frustrating argument of her telling me “it’s more for bacon” and myself continuing to explain that I’m fine with paying the difference and her still arguing with me, we sorted out the price (which seemed reasonable without having to look it up myself). The bacon took at least 5 minutes, and when she handed me the food, her unsettling smile and sudden change of demeanor made me distrust it. I don’t usually agree that “that” exists outside of movies being someone who has been in hospitality my whole life on every end of the industry, but this is the first time ever where i truly feel that I should’ve said “never mind” altogether and asked for a refund, giving back the food, and telling them to throw it away, because I simply didn’t trust it in my gut. I paid $11.46 and didn’t even trust to eat it, all because the manager didn’t listen to my order and couldn’t just take accountability. I didn’t want free food like she acted, I just wanted what I ordered. Paying the price difference and getting what I ordered despite the mess up while also just simply being treated like a human being was all I wanted. I don’t wish this feeling or treatment on anyone. If I could explain further without this box having a limit, I would, but I had to shorten it as much as possible. Just for this experience, If I could rate 0 stars and still warn about this, I would.

My favorite McDonald’s! I always get freshly cooked food, cooked as branded, polite service, and I never have to wait on long lines. It’s also a healthy walk from my home, to get in a 2.6 mile round trip
walk.

Got a spicy McChicken or whatever, there was a dot of sauce on it. Dry and burnt sandwich.

You have timers on everything. Frozen to grill. Shouldn’t be burn or dry.

Awful.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this experience needs to be shared.

I visited this McDonald’s location recently and was extremely disappointed with how I was treated. After waiting a long time just to place my order, I then had to wait even longer for my food — which I understand can happen. But what made it worse was how the staff interacted with different customers.

While I remained respectful and patient, I noticed others walking in, speaking rudely, and still being served quickly or treated better. Meanwhile, when I politely asked about my order, I was met with attitude and was even told, “Just cancel your order then.” That’s not the kind of response any customer deserves, especially someone trying to be understanding.

Respect should be given equally, whether someone walks in calmly or demands attention. This experience left a really bad taste, and I will not be returning to this location again. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on training their staff in basic customer service and respect.

This location lost my order between the ordering window and the pick up window. They refused to do anything to rectify the situation, so I left. My card was nevertheless charged, and I emailed corporate about it. They gave me instructions on how to receive a refund, and when I went into the location to receive the refund, they said I waited too long, despite corporate only sending me the email a few days ago. While they are fine when the do stuff correctly, they have essentially stolen money from me, and refused to make it right.

I’ve tried ordering food late night from them numerous times. They will say they are responding to you order, and then hours later object to you holding them accountable. They are happy to find “errors” on their part but will never make serious action to resolve the issue.
