I recently purchased a coffee from this McDonald’s location and needed to use the restroom shortly after. However, despite being a paying customer, one of the four staff members refused to let me use the restroom. The restroom was locked and required staff permission to access. The sign on the restroom door clearly states it is for customers only—and I was indeed a customer.
Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude in her response. I found this behavior not only unprofessional but also inhumane. Denying a basic facility like a restroom to a paying customer is unacceptable.
I hope this issue will be addressed appropriately so that future customers are treated with respect and dignity.

The fries were soggy, the McChicken strips taste like a school lunch and, smelled like one too, the food was gross. The workers were rude, no worker knew how to do their job, we tried to go through the drive-thru and the worker wouldn’t listen to use and tried to charge us $50 worth of McFlurries, and when we came inside to order: the workers were slow and, they didn’t care about our issues with the store and, they didn’t give us a McFlurry (which we ordered and had to pay for twice) There was beggars everywhere and one charging you to go inside the store the McDonald’s staff did nothing about the beggars. There were bugs in the bathroom and store, the workers had to open the bathroom for you, causing a delay in restroom usage, people were yelling and burping like crazy, the McDonald’s smelled really bad and, the store is a heigine violation, people relived themselves on the restroom floor, the costumer service sucked. I do NOT recommend, this store is a violation and a scam. If I could I would rate this restaurant lower.

The iced coffee we ordered was fine, but the African-American lady who checked us out, was not very friendly. She did not greeted us and did not say thank you. She probably didn’t like us because we were white. Very uncomfortable situation.
